We work with you intimately, from conception to execution. We plan each step with you with precision, creativity and passion! Available night and day, ensuring you're every idea or concern is met with an open heart - your peace of mind is the foundation of our partnership. We want to create the day of your dreams. Let's make it memorable, together...

Structured guidance through the planning process and day of coordination including; Unlimited phone calls, texts, emails. Venue and vendor recommendations. Four meetings with your coordinator handling; Budget + Vendors, Timeline, Rentals + Design, Final Planning, and Event Space Walkthrough. Fully customized wedding day timeline. Rehearsal assistance. Two coordinators onsite the entire day of your wedding.

For the couple who’s planned it all and wants to hand it off with confidence. We step in about 4 weeks before your wedding to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly. On the day, we’re the first to arrive and the last to leave — managing logistics, troubleshooting, and making sure you can be fully present.     We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator! From our first meeting, it was clear she had an incredible eye for detail and design, every element of our day felt so thoughtful and cohesive. She brought our vision to life in a way that was even better than we imagined, all while helping us stay within our budget.     I got to work with Marian on a birthday party. She was very professional and everything she did was in such a good style. I’d definitely like to work with her again in the future. Highly recommended!
