Description	For full planning, we work with couples to build a tailored wedding coordination and planning package.	Our partial planning packages usually include vendor research and outreach and design in addition to our typical wedding coordination services.	Starting from 3 months before the wedding day, our package is designed to foster a deep bond with our couples, ensuring every intricate detail is meticulously planned according to your wedding-day vision. Our ultimate aim is to empower our couples to wholeheartedly immerse themselves in their wedding day, free from worry or distraction!	We are happy to support weddings of any size! Our microwedding clients receive similar services to those who book our wedding coordination package!

We loved working with Forevermore Weddings! Lelia was absolutely incredible to work with as our wedding coordinator. She was extremely organized, proactive, and communicative. Leading up to the wedding, Lelia emailed and met with several of our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Lelia also put together a timeline for the day that was very well thought out and helped the day flow so easily. On the wedding day, Lelia and Alyssa helped set up the venue and ensured every aspect ran smoothly. We truly could not have asked for a better coordinator, our wedding would not have been the same without Forevermore! Thank you so much for everything Lelia!

We truly cannot thank Hali and Lelia from Forevermore Weddings enough for their incredible day-of coordination at this year’s WEAR RVA event at Dover Hall. They were absolute lifesavers! WEAR RVA is no small production—it comes with a lot of unique, moving parts and this year brought even more unexpected challenges. Hali and Lelia stepped in with calm professionalism, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude that kept everything running smoothly. From managing timelines to putting out behind-the-scenes fires, they were instrumental in making the event a success. We only wish we had brought them on from the very beginning. We had an incredible experience working with Hali as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at the John Marshall Ballroom. With only about 50 days to plan a wedding for 240 guests—filled with many traditional elements—Hali was an absolute lifesaver. She helped us stay organized, took so much off our plate, and allowed us to focus on other aspects of our big day, knowing that she had everything under control. Hali was always on top of things, proactive, and incredibly sweet. She truly went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly, and her warm and professional personality made the entire process enjoyable. Forevermore Weddings is owned by Hali and Lelia. Depending on your wedding day needs, one of us will be your wedding planner, or you may have us both as co-leads! We are also lucky to have Alyssa on our team as an associate planner. Hali and Lelia will meet with you during your initial (free!) consultation. From there we will match you with a planner.

We are "one wedding a weekend" planners. We want to be present with you from your rehearsal dinner all the way through the post-wedding brunch. Past experience has taught us to invest our time and energy in our couples. Your love story matters to us!

Regardless of what package you get, we want to give you a luxury experience. We will be with you during the rehearsal (typically an hour long). Then we will be there for up to 12 hours on your wedding day. We take care of welcoming all of your vendors, setting up decor, running through logistics with the team, hosting your guests, and packing up your belongings at the end of the night. Our goal is to support you and all of the other vendors you have chosen to give you the most enjoyable experience. *Any changes to hours for custom packages are discussed individually.*

Yes! We will help you plan your engagement party, shower, and rehearsal dinner! We are Virginia girls through and through, having explored all of the best local spots. Having the opportunity to be a larger part of your Love Story, celebrating with you, and working together for a longer period of time sounds like a dream. This is how we make our #4everfriends.

Collectively, Hali and Lelia have been in the wedding industry for 10+ years. We've planned weddings from day-of-coordination, to partial planning with event design, and matched with some special full planning couples as well. We average leading 10 weddings a year (taking into account seasonality, our regular jobs, and families). However, we have also been an assistant for each other, for other lead planners, and for event designers in the wedding industry.
