I Choose You Events is a boutique Wedding Planning and Floral Design team, serving the Saint Petersburg, Florida and surrounding areas. Working together with you to curate the wedding you have always dreamed of. With 16 years of Wedding industry experience right here in the Greater Tampa bay, we have the expertise and connections to create the wedding experience you want, stress-free just as you deserve and a wedding day, we hope you never forget!

Before opening I Choose You Events, I (Owner, Jaimi) was a Wedding photographer for 9 years. I truly believe that this laid the foundation for the Wedding Planner I would become. Allowing me to work with clients and vendors from another aspect, understanding vendor needs, and the client experience through a different set of eyes. Because of this, I am a huge TEAM player. I believe that the success of your wedding day relies on the success of your vendor team. We are also a family owned and operated business, and we treat our staff and clients like family as well!

Our Partial planning package is intended to assist the bride that wants guidance in managing their budget, researching and contracting vendors, monthly contact, design assistance and finally assistance in timeline building, floor planning, vendor communication, as well as execution of your perfectly curated day. Our team is on site to manage your event, so that you can focus on celebrating with friends and family!

This package is perfect for the couple that want to plan their wedding but is looking for assistance in executing their wedding day. Our team will assist with timeline planning, floor plans, turning in final numbers, communicating with vendors, and of course, our team is on site the day of your event to manage all the details while you celebrate!

We are a planning and Floral Event design team, this means we are also available to design your event. As you can imagine, this is different for every client. Each client has a unique style, vibe, guest count and budget in mind and our goal is to work together with your vision and budget to curate a perfectly YOU design. This means are package are ala carte, and range anywhere between $1500 - $15,000.

    Jaimi is one of a kind! It’s rare in our Tampa industry to find someone who can bring every vendor together to create magic, but Jaimi does it every single time! She makes everyone feel like family while supporting not only her couples but also the vendors under her. I’ll never forget the very first time we worked with Jaimi which was many years ago we had quiet the turn of events which led to the police being called and in the midst of the chaos, the couple and us as their photographers never even knew until after the fact. She kept everything running so smoothly, in control and kept everything peaceful. Since then, we have worked with Jaimi a lot and she’s one vendor we recommend every single time. She’s amazing at what does. She’s creative. She’s supportive to the point where most couples and vendors get to call her friend. She’s helpful and really knowledgeable. She responds promptly and most of all, she makes the weight of wedding planning fun, engaging and exciting. She goes above and beyond for her clients and really is a gem of a person.
