I Choose You Events
I Choose You Events is a boutique Wedding Planning and Floral Design team, serving the Saint Petersburg, Florida and surrounding areas. We would love to work together with you to curate the wedding you have always dreamed of. With 16 years of Wedding industry experience right here in the Greater Tampa bay, we have the expertise and connections to create the wedding experience you want, stress-free just as you deserve and a wedding day, we hope you never forget! We are LGBTQ+ friendly.
Before opening I Choose You Events, I (Owner, Jaimi) was a Wedding photographer for 9 years. I truly believe that this laid the foundation for the Wedding Planner I would become. Allowing me to work with clients and vendors from another aspect, understanding vendor needs, and the client experience through a different set of eyes. Because of this, I am a huge TEAM player. I believe that the success of your wedding day relies on the success of your vendor team. We are also a family owned and operated business, and we treat our staff and clients like family as well!

| Description | Our Partial planning package is intended to assist the bride that wants guidance in managing their budget, researching and contracting vendors, monthly contact, design assistance and finally assistance in timeline building, floor planning, vendor communication, as well as execution of your perfectly curated day. Our team is on site to manage your event, so that you can focus on celebrating with friends and family! | This package is perfect for the couple that want to plan their wedding but is looking for assistance in executing their wedding day. Our team will assist with timeline planning, floor plans, turning in final numbers, communicating with vendors, and of course, our team is on site the day of your event to manage all the details while you celebrate! | We are a planning and Floral Event design team, this means we are also available to design your event. As you can imagine, this is different for every client. Each client has a unique style, vibe, guest count and budget in mind and our goal is to work together with your vision and budget to curate a perfectly YOU design. This means are package are ala carte, and range anywhere between $1500 - $15,000. |

Absolutely Phenomenal & a Necessary Investment!
Jaimi was an absolutely phenomenal wedding planner as well as florist, and we cannot recommend her enough! We worked with Jaimi for over 17 months planning our destination wedding and she was an invaluable resource and support system. Her attention to detail, organization, knowledge, and experience was truly unmatched and key to creating our perfect day. She was helpful and vital in helping us find and secure key vendors we loved in our price range. Jaimi was extremely collaborative and flexible, working around our busy schedules throughout wedding planning, and kept an open line of communication - always available to answer questions! From the timeline to coordinating food tastings, taking care of all of the decor, signage stands, ironing and folding napkins, providing silverware and place settings, flowers and candles, she truly does it all flawlessly! I truly cannot imagine how our wedding day could have functioned without her, having Jaimi there the day of to coordinate vendors, bring our vision to life, and ensure the day went flawlessly was invaluable. Jaimi's presence allowed us to focus on celebrating and enjoying our wedding day completely stress free, as well as embrace the fun planning our wedding by taking the stress about little details off of us! Finally, Jaimi is incredibly thoughtful and fun to work with, I cannot recommend her enough and how amazing of an investment she is!
Wedding
Jaimi is absolutely amazing! Flowers and decorations were breathtaking. Everyone is still talking about it. We are so happy with the outcome. She wasn’t just our flower decorator; we noticed how she helped during the ceremony and reception. She was the planner, helped with the photographer, and helped redirect our little ring bearer. Not only that, she recommended us the best DJ! Couldn’t have found anyone better.

Working with Jaimi and the team at I Choose You Events was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we first connected, Jaimi's communication style was responsive, down to earth, caring, and supportive. Her attention to detail, knowledgeable recommendations, and ability to bring our vision to life was truly impressive. When we had to reschedule our wedding due to major hurricanes in Florida last year, Jaimi was there every step of the way, making the entire planning process feel seamless. She went above and beyond, reaching out to confirm details with all of our other vendors, and providing so many services under one roof - from day-of coordination to linens, decor, and even our beautiful floral arrangements. We seriously could not recommend Jaimi and I Choose You Events enough!
Jaimi is the best!
Reflecting on our wedding day, I can't overstate how integral Jaimi was to our special day. She really helped bring our vision (or lack there of lol) to life. When we first started planning we only had vague ideas of how we wanted things to look and the vibes we wanted our wedding to have. Jaimi provided us with many helpful suggestions/recommendations, created absolutely beautiful designs and florals for us, and just overall pulled the entire day together. Jaimi was very personable and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone in the Tampa bay area looking for wedding planning or designs/florals.
