I'm Raquel, a native New Yorker in the wedding & event industry with about 500 events & counting under my belt. I have a psychology degree and an extensive project management & logistics background. My true passion for all things wedding related along with my professional background have served to bring my wedding planning and coordination expertise to my clients. I've traveled all of NYC, and the surrounding regions, planning & coordinating weddings in every event space there is- from raw spaces, to rooftop venues, NYC Landmarks, high end hotels, and private residences.

I pour my heart into every wedding I plan and ensure that every detail is executed with professionalism and to our client’s vision. Between my close relationships with vendors & venues in the New York City wedding industry, my passion for anything wedding related, and my love for my beloved NYC, I have the knowledge and experience to bring to you the best there is! Our team is who you want on your wedding day handling all the behind the scenes so you can relax and JUST SAY YES!

With our full planning, we carefully curate the wedding you envision by hand piking vendors who will not only fit your budget, but fit your style. We include all design aspects in our full planning services and will guide you throughout this process. You'll never have to ask 'what's next'- we're always one step ahead.

Begins at 12 months and is prefect for the couple who needs more than coordination, but less than full planning. We begin this process at 6 month and assist with 1 major vendor recommendation, negotiation and contract revision. We also attend all meetings for this vendor.

    Our day went so smoothly thanks to the Just Say Yes team!! We went with them for 2 month coordination as they were a preferred vendor from our venue and we couldn't be more pleased! Andrea, our coordinator, was exceptional throughout the whole process and handled the wedding day with such ease and grace. For anything that went wrong, she handled it so well that I didn't even notice until afterwards. We also went with Just Say Yes florals and Kiara did such an amazing job! Not only did everything look beautiful, but it was so easy to coordinate since they all work together. Thank you thank you thank you!!

    Working with Raquel and Kiara from Just Say Yes was one of the best choices I made for my wedding. I hired them for 2-month coordination and was blown away by their professionalism, organization, and warmth. Even though I planned my own wedding, I couldn’t have made it through the big day without them. Raquel stayed in close contact throughout, helped with vendor suggestions, and gave honest, helpful advice. On the day of, she and Kiara took charge, kept us on time, and ensured my husband and I were fed, relaxed, and enjoying every minute. They went above and beyond from start to finish and it was especially meaningful to support a small, local, minority-owned business.     We are so glad we hired Just Say Yes for our wedding coordination needs! Finding a wedding coordinator was one of the hardest vendor searches for us, but once we connected with Raquel for an initial call, we knew the search was over. Raquel is genuinely kind and knows the industry very well. She worked with us and our budget and gave us some resources to help with that stage of our planning. Connecting with Kiara a couple months out from the wedding was one of the best parts of planning. She helped us get those final details organized, thought of all the things we weren’t thinking about, and helped take some of the logistics off our plate. Her work in those months and the day of the wedding made it so that we didn’t have a single logistical worry on the day of the wedding. It was so great to be stress-free and to know that things were taken care of. Kiara’s attention to detail helped ensure that we and our guests had an absolutely wonderful day. Highly recommend!

    Everybody needs a Raquel for their wedding! We had Raquel for 3 month coordination, and words alone cannot express how organized, professional, and seamless Raquel made the three months leading up to and on wedding day. Prior to the start of our coordination with Raquel, she provided us with a very organized, detailed spreadsheet to guide us through the wedding planning process. Raquel was the organization and detail behind every idea I brought to the table and helped to make our vision a reality! Raquel was my coordinator but doubled as my wedding therapist throughout the three months! Any wedding related question we had, Raquel was always there with a very thoughtful and speedy email response. Starting at 5pm the night before our wedding when she led us through our mini walk-through, to walking down the aisle, I felt completely reassured everything would go as smoothly as possible due to Raquel’s expertise! Raquel and her team are the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth that made our day feel seamless. Her team worked effortlessly behind the scenes on the day of our wedding (even running back to my apartment to pick up forgotten ceremony programs and doing so without me even knowing!). They worked their magic and allowed my husband and I to be the guests of honor rather than the hosts. I wouldn’t have made it through the final stretch of wedding planning without Raquel and her team. I highly recommend Raquel’s coordination; she made our day effortless and unforgettable!
