Description

For the couple that desires support from "Yes!" to "I do!" This package is equipped to handle unlimited communications, tasks, and in-person gatherings, not only for you but for your vendors, too! Say hello to focusing on your dream day! Design, set up, and tear down included, allowing your loved ones to enjoy the day and not lift a finger. This services includes regular meetings. *Rentals not included*

For the couple looking for validation, but otherwise has a good handle on design and initial planning. We will review your plan to see what details may have been overlooked and work together to make it your perfect day. We will take on vendor communication, allowing the couple to relish in the remainder of their engagement. Services begin six (6) months prior to event.

The items below are based on an hourly rate. ♡ Event Consultation, for items such as: - Budget Guidance - Event Design​ - Floorplan Guidance - Timeline Creation - Wedding Planning Guidance ♡ Vendor Consultation(s) - Support ♡ Venue Site Visit(s) ♡ Set Up Services (can be the morning of or the day prior, but must be scheduled accordingly) ♡ Tear Down Services, including packing decor and loading vehicles (does not include tables and chairs)

For the couple that can handle planning and organizing details for their dream day but desires help with execution. We will perform coordination services, with all details provided by the couple no later than one week prior, allowing family and loved ones to relax and enjoy your event. Services begin eight (8) weeks prior to event.

    Hiring Kelsey is an absolute must! She is the investment worth making for your big day. Our ceremony would have been a total disaster without her and her assistant Megan. The DJ that was assigned to our event called in sick the day of, and the back up turned out to be a new employee that was supposed to be training that day and had no experience DJing a wedding by himself (Side note: DO NOT hire Wing Productions) That being said, things could have ended up so much worse if it weren't for Kelsey. Her proactive problem solving, kind heart, and bright/spunky personality made the day stress free for me and my husband, despite all that went wrong. Her timeline creation is an absolute must. If you think you can create a timeline as structured and detailed as her, think again.The amount of time and effort she puts into creating your timeline truly makes a world of difference. Trust me, she thinks of things you won't. Investing in her is worth it for just that alone. But then add in her prompt communication, customized spreadsheet, day of coordination, and everything else in between and she becomes a necessity at a bargain price. She goes above and beyond of what is expected of her. When she found out our caterer didn't have tall table cloths for two of our tables, she drove to another town to get the cloths we wanted and payed for them with her own money. She did all of that without telling us until after the fact. I strongly suggest she be the first vendor you hire, you will not regret it! We certainly didn't. I cannot express this enough: STOP LOOKING AND HIRE KELSEY RIGHT NOW!!

    Having Kelsey join us for our day was absolutely the best decision we made. She ensured that everything ran smoothly which really helped us just be present. Her expertise in the planning process and dedication on the day of made the day perfect. Our only regret is not hiring KM Coordination from the beginning!

Their work was thorough, passionate, and contributed to a beautiful wedding day. The KM team went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I felt completely taken care of on our big day so we had nothing to worry about.
