I pride myself on creating a personal relationship with each client in order to make their event as unique and special as they are. My goal as your planner is to ensure that weeks leading up to your event is exciting and fun!     Natalie from Lace and Rose was the best wedding coordinator we could have hoped for. She thought of every detail and made sure the day went flawlessly from start to finish. She really made us feel like she was in our corner!

    The best decision of our wedding was choosing Lace and Rose Events as our day of wedding coordinator!! Natalie was phenomenal and went above and beyond through our entire time work thing with her. I originally wanted to hire a day of coordinator because I chose to DIY a lot of our decorations and needed someone to help set up/break down our ceremony flowers, cocktail hour photo corkboard/ card station/ scavenger hunt station, and reception table decor. However, the structured, yet flexible guidance Natalie provided leading up to the wedding added a whole other level of value that I hadn't thought we needed until we experienced it including (1) meeting with us once a month starting 4 months prior to our wedding and (2) providing us with helpful planning worksheets which allowed us to think ahead about decisions we might not have thought about until last minute/ at all. It was SO great to have another person to pose questions to and provide advice based on her experience. Even before the actual wedding day, we felt hiring Lace and Rose Events was a great decision. On the day of the wedding, Lace and Rose Events set up all of our decor and handled every hurdle that came up while still assisting with the first look/ bridal party photos, walking the bridal party through the rehearsal, and handling last minute timeline changes due to incliment weather and missing props. The biggest assist happened during our reception. We planned to play field day games on the dance floor during rehearsal, but we realized that the props were left at the hotel. Natalie was able to coordinate with our DJ to fill time with an extra dance session while she and her team worked with an Uber driver to get the props to the venue. After they arrived, they helped our MC facilitate the games. Needless to say, our wedding turned out to be a LOT of work (more than I had anticipated needing help with), but Natalie and team were great through it all. If you are the fence about getting a day of coordinator, take this as your sign to just DO IT. It will give you such peace of mind to know someone else is there to handle things on your wedding. And hire Lace and Rose Events, because Natalie is so helpful and can 1000% handle any hiccup that comes up.

    Natalie’s services were invaluable. She dedicated soo much time to my wedding both before and during the event…and my wedding went off EXACTLY as planned! Even when my wedding dress had a giant red stain on the train, Natalie was there, tooth brush in hand, to remove it (it came out by the way ) Truly, Natalie is amazing and you absolutely need her for your event!

Leading up to the day, they were incredibly helpful—always available to answer questions, quick to respond, and full of thoughtful, practical advice. They helped us fine-tune every detail of our timeline and made sure nothing was overlooked. On the wedding day, they made me feel calm, confident, and completely taken care of. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to their organization and support. From keeping us on schedule to snapping behind-the-scenes photos and even fixing my hair late into the night, they handled it all with care and grace.
