In addition to the offerings in the Turquoise Package, this Package includes Full Wedding Management, Budget Management Resources, Planning Timeline, Vendor Contract Review, Assistance in Vendor Quotes and Selection, Seating Chart & Floor Plan Creation, Up to 2 hours of Rehearsal Coordination, and Five Consultations Leading Up to the Big Day.	Taking over vendor communication a month out, the Turquoise Blue package might be for you! This package includes everything from the Baby Blue package in addition to up to 12 hours of coordination and a venue walkthrough.	Planning your own wedding but want some additional support on the big day? I'm here for ya! My base package includes: Up to 10 hours of Day of Coordination, Vendor Communication Take Over 7 days Prior to the Big Day, Creation and Management of Timeline, Main Point of Contact for Vendors, Guests, and Wedding Party, Assistance with Decor Set Up and Take Down, One Consultation Month of Wedding, and Unlimited Text & Communication!

From the moment we booked Mac & Co. Planning LLC, their communication was fast, consistent, and they were always easy to reach with any questions or concerns. Their work quality was phenomenal - they have a great personality and were extremely organized, which helped relieve so much stress off of me as the bride. Mackenzie executed a perfect schedule and timeline, ensuring our wedding day was truly perfect from start to finish. I cannot recommend Mackenzie enough to any couple looking for a wedding planner that will go above and beyond to make your special day seamless and stress-free.

I truly cannot say enough about Mackenzie. I am so grateful we ended up finding her. If you are on the fence - book her!!! No matter how good or thorough of a planner you are, you need a coordinator. We did as much planning and prep leading up to the day as possible, but there is still so much that happens on the day and so many things to deal with and questions to answer and items to move etc. You cannot do it on your own. Mackenzie did so much for us, from answering questions leading up to the day, being so excited for us, giving good advice, and making us feel like someone has our back. On the actual day, we kept her really busy. We had several hiccups on the day and she handled them with so much competence and grace. She approached me when necessary for questions I could answer, always with a calmness about her. We dealt with things as they came up. She moved stuff around for us throughout the night and when something wasn’t going to work due to weather or something else, she pivoted and kept me in the loop. She brought me appetizers from cocktail hour while I was waiting for the ceremony to start. She packed up our cake and took it down to our hotel room so we could keep it and enjoy it. She brought down our special champagne as well. She helped set up and tear down, she lead the rehearsal (I had a very specific vision for the ceremony music and timing and she executed it perfectly!), and she did a thousand other things, many I’m sure I’m unaware of. Mackenzie was a lifesaver from start to finish! She was incredibly responsive, always answering my questions quickly, and even hopping on phone calls when needed. She kept everything on track, made real-time adjustments to ensure the day flowed smoothly, and created a timeline that kept everyone in the loop. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator!

Mackenzie is the best!! She went above and beyond to make sure our big day ran smoothly. She worked with all of our vendors to ensure the timeline was followed and everything was set up to our expectations. I’m a type A perfectionist, and, with her, I was able to be at-ease on our wedding day. I highlyyyy recommend booking with Mac & Co. Planning - it is very much worth the investment!
