We are a boutique wedding planning & entertainment company with over 15 years experience in the Hawai'i & destination wedding industry. Our focus is providing comprehensive wedding planning experiences for busy couples that are culturally inspired, wonderfully personalized, luxurious, and reflect each couple's unique personality. Our mission -- to give couples back the freedom to enjoy all the fun aspects of their wedding journey while we manage every part of your wedding day down to the finest detail.
Our superpower as planners -- at our core, we're a husband & wife team with backgrounds in professional theater, music, entrepreneurship & social work. We bring a very unique, innovative and bold perspective to planning and design, as well as an empathetic lens to your wedding journey. As current professional wedding entertainers as well, we uniquely understand how to collaborate and work with vendors to secure the perfect team to create your vision.

Don't hesitate... hire Mango Season!!!
We are endlessly grateful to Annie and Curtis at Mango Seasons Weddings for planning and flawlessly executing our fusion Indian-Western wedding. From the very beginning, they embraced the complexity and beauty of blending two cultures with open hearts, creativity, and deep respect. Planning a multi-day celebration across traditions is no easy task, but Annie and Curtis made it feel effortless. From our vibrant Sangeet and lively Baraat to the meaningful Hindu-Humanist ceremony and elegant Western reception, every event flowed seamlessly and felt true to who we are. They honored both of our backgrounds in ways that made our families feel seen, included, and celebrated. What truly sets Mango Seasons apart is the warmth and calm Annie and Curtis bring to the process. They were incredibly organized and thoughtful. The best part was that throughout the whole planning journey, Annie kept us grounded and excited. Because of them, we were able to be fully present and actually enjoy our wedding day, knowing everything was in expert hands. YOU NEED ANNIE
Seriously, you need Annie. I am such a type A person that I thought maybe I didn’t need a wedding planner, but from the first consultation with Annie we decided immediately we needed her. She added value from day one, and saved me from making a horrible venue mistake. She knows everyone, all the vendors, and who’s the best fit for you and your wedding vision. What she doesn’t know (which is rare) she figures out - for example, I had a request to have a magician, a friend cleanse the space with sage smudging, and a sound healer at our wedding, and she handled all my unique requests so well and was up for anything. She is very detail oriented and pays attention to everything- all our bills being correct, caught mistakes I made, and paid attention to all my strange requests. Most weddings are full of some strange interpersonal dynamic challenges, and Annie knew exactly how to navigate each one, paid special attention to the dynamic issues with my family and was fully ready and prepped to keep certain people happy and apart. She dealt with last minute changes seamlessly, including a no-show bridesmaid and last minute addition of a flower girl. There is no one I trusted more with my wedding (and at this point my life, I mean, can I keep her?!!) than Annie. On my wedding day and for months leading up to it I knew that whatever happened to go wrong, whatever last minute issues I would have, Annie would handle it and figure it out and I would barely know the difference. And that’s exactly how our day went. She is perfect and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Ps- mango season band was amazing too!!

Mango Season Weddings was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. They were easy to communicate with throughout the entire planning process, always responsive to our questions and flexible with any last-minute changes. The quality of their work was simply the best - they helped make our special day run so smoothly, from assisting my Lolo with finding the right song for his performance to helping me surprise my husband with a flute solo. Both performances went off without a hitch thanks to their expertise and attentiveness. Mango Season Weddings also did a fantastic job of guiding us through all the vendor contracts and details, making the whole experience stress-free. I would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a top-notch wedding planner who is both professional and genuinely excited to be part of your big day.

Mango Season Weddings was an excellent choice for our wedding planning needs. Their communication was always polite, timely and efficient, which made the entire process a breeze. The quality of their work and overall value was truly outstanding - they were caring, knowledgeable and made planning our wedding at a remote island location easy. Mango Season Weddings helped us set up essential elements like electricity, sound, and bathrooms that were crucial for a location in a valley completely cut off from electricity and water. As subject matter experts with great vendor relationships, I believe they are worth every penny, particularly for their deep knowledge of the island.
