MIR offers full-service, partial-planning as well as day-of-coordinator services for both domestic and international celebrations. We are professionals who lend our expertise to each aspect of event planning while adhering to the budget. We can join couples for their destination wedding to ensure each moment is executed seamlessly. MIR can also assist group hotel reservations and flight coordination.

    From the very first moment I met Brandy over Zoom, I knew I was in the right hands. I was overwhelmed and unsure where to even start with wedding planning, but Brandy’s calm and patient approach immediately put me at ease. She told me to take a breath and gently walked me through everything step by step — even before I signed the contract. It felt like she was right there with me, breathing through the stress and making the whole process feel manageable and even exciting. Our wedding journey wasn’t without its bumps, but Brandy’s grace and determination turned every challenge into a smooth victory. She’s got an incredible team around her — like Isabella, our makeup artist, who was an absolute dream and perfectly recommended by Brandy. It’s clear Brandy surrounds herself with people who share her passion and professionalism. One moment I’ll never forget was walking up the stairs to marry Adam, and my dress got caught on my shoe. I heard Brandy’s reassuring voice right behind me saying, “I gotcha girl, I gotcha.” That simple, calm reminder meant the world in that moment of nerves and chaos. She kept everything running flawlessly and on schedule, even when there were unexpected toasts that could have thrown off the timing. But beyond all the logistics, what made Brandy truly special was how she fit effortlessly into our family dynamic. She’s personable, funny, and genuine—she didn’t just feel like our planner; she became a part of our family that day. And that says a lot, because we are definitely A LOT. Honestly, I couldn’t have imagined a better day or a better person by my side through it all.

    Brandy and her team were very responsive, went above and beyond in some areas, and maintained order on the day of our wedding. During the booking process, she put a lot of emphasis on helping us to stay present and enjoy our wedding, and I can say with 100% satisfaction that my spouse and I were able to enjoy our day. One small aspect we enjoyed was after our ceremony, when we went to do our private vows, she and her team had prepared a plate of appetizers for us that we did not even think we needed, but we very much did. She was very communicative with us on the day of and constantly checked in with us. We did notice a few issues with proactiveness and thinking ahead when dealing with other vendors, and were aware that getting in touch with some of them was difficult, but we would have appreciated her overcommunicating these problems with us as well as being more proactive in having plans in place when realizing some vendors were struggling/not as responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our wedding and are glad we hired a coordinator, as Brandy was very helpful and her assistant Karla was awesome. She was a great addition to her team, and we were thankful she was there as well.

    Brandy was absolutely a joy! Her expertise showed from day one - she really helped me visualize what I wanted. She was responsive and positive and understood her assignment right away. From helping us lock down the venue, tasting, decorating the venue on the day of our wedding, everything flowed so smoothly. Our guests could not be more delighted! I would 100% recommend using her services as a wedding planner!
