From the moment we hired Stephanie and her team at SAEP By Stephanie Arias, we knew we were in good hands. Their communication was responsive, thorough, and highly professional throughout the entire planning process. We did not realize the importance of a wedding coordinator until we hired Stephanie - she thought of everything and was so detailed, ensuring our day was everything we had hoped it would be. Stephanie and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our wedding day went off without a hitch. We won a Power Hour after attending a wedding expo locally. Stephanie followed up before the meeting to confirm, joined the virtual meeting on time, and remembered information we discussed when we first met 3 months ago. She tailored the session to my needs and gave me some helpful details about planning that I hadn't previously considered. She was organized and clearly explained her role in the wedding planning process and day-of support. She is also energetic and excited in her role. Our wedding venue was cancelled one week prior to our wedding date due to Hurricane Helene. Stephanie and her team worked around the clock to ensure we could keep our wedding date and find a new venue! We cannot thank Stephanie and her team enough, without them our day would not have been possible! She has excellent contacts to vendors who enhanced our wedding day. Her connections to vendors allowed us to add on necessary vendors last minute due to their strong already established relationship. Stephanie is easy to work with, responsive, caring, and overall felt like a friend to me. I would highly recommend SAEP by Stephanie Arias.

There are not enough words to accurately describe just how truly INCREDIBLE Stephanie and her team were for my sisters wedding. Hurricane Helene wrecked the plans so we had to change venues, caterers, bakers, bartenders and add lighting, bathrooms, and ALL rentals within 6 days and she somehow did it. I still can’t believe she pulled it off and it was truly stunning!!! She captured our vision even better than I ever imagined. She worked so so hard to make my sisters dreams come true and for that I will be forever thankful!! BOOK STEPHANIE NOW! You won’t regret it.
