Seamless I Do's did an exceptional job as our day of coordinator. Bebe's communication was clear, concise and attentive throughout the entire process. Bebe, took over the day-of planning the week before the wedding and was by our side from start to finish. Seamless I Do's was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was efficient, clear, and professional. She coordinated all the vendor meals and even ran out to buy additional flowers when my mother expressed concern over the size of her mother of the bride bouquet. A bridal assistant is there specifically to support the bride with personal tasks on the wedding day, while a wedding planner handles the overall coordination and vendor management. We focus on your personal needs, from helping you get dressed, managing your timeline, to handling any last-minute issues so you can stay calm and enjoy your day.

Yes! We understand that every bride has different needs. While our Half-Day and Full-Day packages offer structured services, we can customize a package to fit your specific requirements. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll create a plan that works for you.

We recommend booking as soon as you know your wedding date to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season. However, we do accept last-minute bookings based on availability.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remainder due before the wedding day. We’ll send you a contract outlining all the details once you decide to move forward.

Our Full-Day Package covers everything from morning preparations to the end of the reception. We assist with getting ready, troubleshooting any emergencies, coordinating with vendors, keeping the schedule on track, and making sure you have everything you need throughout the day.

Our Half-Day Package is designed to assist you from the moment you begin getting ready up until the ceremony. This includes help with your gown, accessories, time management, coordinating with vendors arriving during prep, and anything else to keep you stress-free.

We offer hourly rates or customized packages for shorter needs, depending on the scope of services required. Let’s discuss your specific needs, and we’ll create a package that works for you!
