With over 30+ years of combined experience, our team is committed to bringing you the wedding of your dreams.

You dream it, we make it a reality, all within your budget. Have a crazy idea for your wedding theme, we've got you covered. Always wanted a destination wedding but don't want to ask your guests to travel hundreds of miles? Again we've got you covered. And, while we love the traditional white dress, walking down the aisle to the "Wedding March" etc., we have a soft spot for everything non - traditional, different, quirky, or downright "weird". I had a wonderful experience working with Wedding Vibe Central for the wedding I DJ’d . Their communication style was clear, concise, and always prompt, which was greatly appreciated during the busy planning process. I had a very unique style wedding and most of it I tried to do DIY. In a nutshell, it became extremely overwhelming for me, so I asked my planner Rebecca to assist. Her and the owner were so kind enough to make my original package of Day of Planning, to Full planning at a discount! Saved my whole wedding day. I cried a few days before my wedding because remembering all the months prior, they were there for me every step of the way. And on the day, everyone kept asking me, Is your planner a friend of yours? I honestly told them, 100% yes. :) Because I feel like we now are friends. Such a family orientated company. I highly recommend.

Yes, we have a large team. Usually the person that reaches out to you is who you will be working with along with their assistant.

I always suggest to me team that it's not a wise thing to do. We want to make sure we're giving our clients our ALL, and we can't do that if were exhausted.

In all my years of serving wedding couples, I've discovered that most are completely unguided when it comes to budget and what to allocate where. One thing to keep in mind is that weddings are not a One Size Fits All type of engagement. So even though we have a starting point for each service, that price can go up or down, depending on your needs. The general rule of thumb is to allocate about 10% - 15% of your total wedding budget to your wedding planner. Check out our services and cost for each by scrolling up ^

Yess! We're so glad you asked! Aside from planning traditional style weddings, Wedding Vibe Central specializes in the following 2 very popular styles: ~ Destination "Style": One of the beautiful things about California, is that you can have a destination wedding without ever leaving the state. We can fully plan desert, mountain, beach, forest and lush vineyard weddings plus so much more. ~ Non-Traditional / Eccentric / Unconventional Style: Do you and your partner have a love for everything Goth? Think Gomez & Morticia. Or do you love movies like the Hobbit? Think of words like Whimsical & Fantasy. You name it we can do it.

We can do whatever your heart desires. However, at the very least, we do recommend having us there the day of the wedding, which is a service all of our packages include. In person Day of Coordination is an important part of any size wedding. Just leave the stress to us.
