I have experience as a bridal and wedding gown consultant, in the cosmetic and jewelry industry, and as a bridal model. My versatile background empowers me to be a knowledgeable resource and to add value to my clients experience through all stages of the planning process. I am a licensed, certified and insured event planner with coordination experience across all industries- Weddings have just captured my heart!

Description	Our Full Wedding Planning and Design Service is the total all encompassing package for couples that desire step by step companionship from beginning to end. We create events that are more uniquely tailored to your story while allowing you to truly enjoy the planning process and eachother.	Our "Meet in the Middle" is for our couples who are looking for a consultant through their wedding planning process with more involvement needed than event management and services customized to your progress. Partial planning comes with a lot of collaborative meetings and project takeover.	Day of/ Wedding Management Services to us are much more than "Day Of"- We work with you well ahead to give you guidance and support while flawlessly executing your vision on the Day of and being there for you throughout the whole day.

Her communication style is incredibly responsive, as she always took the initiative to check in and provide detailed updates throughout the planning process. Jay's attention to detail and passion for her work truly shone through, as she helped us bring our wedding vision to life in the most beautiful and amazing way. She was there for us every step of the way, providing invaluable advice on all the little details and executing our plan flawlessly on the day of. Jay was amazing from the beginning. Ever since our initial consultation call with her my husband and I felt so confident and comfortable with her and her teams vision for our wedding. She was essential in helping us plan our micro wedding, the services she provided to us were invaluable. We 100% recommend working with her. She was fantastic on the day of our wedding. My husband dropped off decorations on the day of and she did an incredible job with setting things up exactly as we had envisioned. We were so impressed with her and her team that day and how helpful they were throughout the entire process. She is very organized and detailed with her work. She took all the nerves and anxiety out of our wedding day because we had complete faith in her. We cannot say enough good things about her.

JayLynn is an amazing day of coordinator! We hired her within 90 days of our wedding when our other coordinator had to cancel our date due to personal matters. JayLynn jumped right in and helped us get caught up when we were a little behind. She filled all the gaps and helped us feel comfortable as the date approached. She and our photographer helped us with some bouquets that got messed up, my dress that wouldn't stay bustled, and ensured that clean up was seamless and everything went where it needed to go. Having JayLynn as part of our day was such a great decision! I am so glad we ended up having her as part of our day.

I had a somewhat unconventional idea in mind for how I wanted my wedding to be. I spoke with a couple wedding coordinators who met my ideas with silence and uncertainty...and then I spoke with JayLynn. She immediately affirmed by ideas and hyped me up about my vision! I knew having a wedding coordinator who was on the same page as me was going to be crucial for the rest of my planning process, and I was so right. Outside of my wonderful venue and their recommended caterer list, I didn't book another vendor without JayLynn's stamp of approval. She seriously hooked me up with the best wedding day team, and everything went off without a hitch! My wedding turned out to be EXACTLY how I pictured and I could not have done it without JayLynn helping me along the way and pulling out all the stops the day of to make sure everything was perfect for me and my husband. The week of our wedding, a huge snow storm hit Colorado. She sprang into action, helping us to redo our timeline. We had to cancel our rehearsal dinner, so she helped us rehearse the day of the wedding, and got us into top shape in less than thirty minutes. We had an issue with a hairstylist, and she was able to talk to them and help us get a refund in less than 12 hours. \n\nThe wedding day was perfect. Her team decorated the venue with so much eye for detail. She also designed our wedding website, signage, and much of our decor, and it was exactly what we wanted. I truly did not have to stress at all on our big day and it meant the world to me. All night JayLynn was helping me with either carrying my train, helping me in the bathroom when needed, and even coming up and asking if there was anything I needed. She helped my maid of honor bustle my dress and change my shoes for the reception. At the end of the night JayLynn brought all of our decor back to the hotel for us!! She ended up staying in the same hotel and I’m so so glad she did because I’m sure she had a super busy day and we didn’t want her to drive home from Frisco at midnight. JayLynn was such a sweetheart and made everything run so smoothly. There was not a second in our day that wasn’t smooth and that is because of HER!! Our venue didn’t allow us to start decorating until 1pm and our first look was at 1pm. I can’t imagine the stress I would have had if we didn’t have JayLynn and her team to decorate. She forgot to send our timeline out to other vendors until about a week before the wedding. There were a few other things she dropped the ball on the week of our wedding that she originally insisted on doing but then she backtracked on it, causing unnecessary stress. I stayed optimistic hoping she’d deliver on wedding day. I couldn’t have been more wrong. \n\nWhile she originally said she would be at the rehearsal, she said she couldn’t make it. On my wedding day, she was supposed to arrive by noon. I didn’t receive any communication from her until 12:30 in which she told me she’d arrive just before 1- an hour late. She showed up 10 minutes past 1 pm to decorate a ceremony site and reception barn for 140 guests that started at 4. Thankfully my family and friends (and venue owner) noticed she was late and started putting together the tables/tablecloths and chairs. My sister in law said Jaylynn seemed confused and was relying on her to be told what to do and where to put things. At 3:15 pm I head that none of the tables were done and all the decor was still in boxes. About five minutes before the ceremony she was still decorating the arch while guests were seated and she didn’t tie down the tulle on the arch or the flowers. Apparently she didn’t know where the ceremony place was about 30 minutes before it started. The flowers blew off the arch during the ceremony and our photographer tried to fix it before I walked down the aisle but couldn’t. Jaylynn didn’t properly cue the processesional and there was a long and silent pause with no music before I walked down the aisle. During the reception she did almost nothing. She didn’t refill the favors so now we have a bunch of unused favors that we paid for. She also didn’t use any of the fairly lights I bought for the tables. It just feels like I wasted money on decor and favors.\n\nDuring the wedding she would try to speak to the lead singer of the band in the middle of a song to tell him to make announcements for shuttles. \n\nMy wedding was absolutely beautiful and spectacular but it wasn’t because of anything Jaylynn did. She caused problems and wasn’t helpful except with cleanup following the wedding (which she initially tried to get out of by putting on the timeline that she would leave at the same time the wedding ended). She has great reviews but all of my vendors were in shock about how terrible she was and how little control she had.\n\nI feel awful and embarrassed that I referred her to my best friend for her October wedding. No text or call the following day from her after what was so clearly a disaster (multiple guests and vendors told me how unprofessional her behavior was.\n\nOne of my friends wrote an honest review based on her own observations and Jaylynn messaged me and was accusatory. She then blocked me from her page so I couldn’t leave a review and then blocked me from the black list vendor page, of which she is an admin. I think what hurts the most is how nonchalant she was about the poor job she did and feeling entitled to only positive reviews. \n\nFortunately for me, I have amazing friends and family that saved the day, but if I didn’t have their support the entire day would have been chaotic. I want other brides to be aware of this so they don’t have to have this sort of unnecessary stress.
