2–3 Planning Meetings: We’ll chat before the event to go over your vision. Comprehensive Day Of Checklist: I’ll put together a clear plan from setup, to ceremony transitions, food service timing, and cleanup. On-Site Day of Coordination: I’ll arrive early and stay late, troubleshoot problems, and keep everything running smoothly. Vendor Communication: Let me be the point of contact for your vendors so you can stay in celebration mode.

    We used Wild Pinnaple Events for our big day and I cannot say enough amazing things about Hannah! From start to finish, she made sure every single detail was flawless and that I could actually enjoy my day without stress. Our wedding was on a tight budget, but from what I researched, I knew that having an experienced day of coordinator was something I could NOT do without. Hannah met the mark AND we didn't break the bank. Hannah handled everything like a total pro! Even when some of my family members tried to jump into photos while we were still shooting wedding party photos, she stepped in before it became disrupted and smoothed it over seamlessly!! And when one of my bridesmaids suddenly got sick during the reception (later we found out she was pregnant with twins!), Hannah instantly jumped into action. She took care of everything behind the scenes so that I never had to worry. She genuinely saved the day. She is thoughtful, resourceful, incredibly detail-oriented, and has a calm but confident presence that makes everyone feel at ease. Honestly, I cannot imagine what my wedding would have been like without her. If you want someone who will go above and beyond to make your event not just beautiful but also smooth and stress-free, Hannah is the person you want by your side.

    Hannah did an exceptional job as my Day of Coordinator. During the morning of the wedding there was an unprecedented heat wave that required her to rearrange all our table settings and seating chart at the last minute. Hannah worked with the vendor seamlessly. I didn't even know about it till after the fact. She guided all our transitions from the rehearsal dinner to dessert the next day. The venue was mostly outdoors and it was easy for guests to get lost so it was wonderful having her there to give direction. She also coordinated transportation for out of town guests while managing family miscommunications and flight delays and the ferry system between Bainbridge Island and Seattle. I could not recommend her more, especially for outdoor weddings, it was fantastic having someone who can manage outdoor logistics.
