Wonderful to work with!!
My husband and I didn't plan to use a Wedding Day Coordinator but as we entered the last month of planning we decided it was an addition we could make. We are so thankful we made the choice to hire a Day of Coordinator and even more thankful we found Xtraordinary Coordinations LLC to work with! Ariel and her team didn't miss a beat joining us in the final stages of planning and following the first meeting I was confident in the abilities of Xtraordinary Coordinations LLC. They paid attention to the details, promptly answered my questions, and met us with energy, positivity, and professionalism at all times. The day of our wedding Ariel and her team did an amazing job of setting up, making adjustments, and protecting us from the "noise" that naturally occurs on wedding day by making decisions on our behalf that aligned with our vision and our desired experience for our guests. I can't thank them enough and would hire Xtraordinary Coordinations LLC over and over again!

My partner and I were married late summer 2024 and we (and our guests) couldn’t stop raving about Ariel and her team. Ariel went above and beyond to make our day run so smoothly. From set up, to greeting and paying vendors, to tear down, we were able to be so present in a day that could have been so stressful because we knew we were in great hands. We debated whether or not we would hire a day of coordinator and Xtraordinary Coordinations turned out to be the most important vendor of our special day! In the lead up to our day, Ariel met with us several times (including a venue walkthrough) and is so personable and charismatic, the meetings that could have been really stressful were actually really fun! I wish I was having another wedding so I could hire Xtraordinary Coordinations again!
