I’ve had the honor of planning events across New York, Florida, California, and destinations like Cancun and Grand Cayman. Whether it’s an intimate elopement, microwedding, or grand celebration, I’ll handle the logistics so you can enjoy every moment. Fluent in Spanish, I offer seamless communication in both languages.

Day of coordinator but much more!
I met Stacy at a bridal expo. I knew I wanted a day of coordinator but I didn’t put heavy importance on it in the beginning so I was through a lot of the planning before I contacted her. Big mistake! I should’ve hired her from day 1. She was so helpful with everything! She looked over the catering before I ordered it to make sure it was enough food, she reviewed my quotes to make sure I was getting the best deal, she reviewed my rental invoice and told me what I did or didn’t need to rent. She helped me find a DJ and some serving/cleaning staff to help out and make things run smoothly. She was so quick to reply and she thought of things I didn’t even think of. She offers site visits as a service and I’m so glad I added that because we walked through and we were able to decide where everything would go to make to most sense. She checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the set up of things I didn’t go over with her. She kept us going on time with our tight timeline of events. She even made sure to serve us plates because we were so busy we never made it inside to serve ourselves. She kept in contact with all the vendors for me. She helped set up the ceremony and reception site and did a beautiful job. She even took some bts shots and shared them with us. She is so professional and knows what she is doing. She was worth every single penny and more, things could not have turned out so perfect without her help and she did it with a smile the entire time

Stacy was so amazing as a day-of coordinator!! She was on top of everything and so kind and supportive leading up to our wedding! Day-of she was such a pro and handled any small issues perfectly without me and my husband even knowing. Our family and friends loved her and even with everything she had to coordinate, she had food & drinks waiting for us at our table during dinner which was such an amazing touch

She was a hard-working, passionate, and on-time professional who went above and beyond, solving problems like selecting the right alcohol, figuring out timing, and handling all vendor issues so I didn't have to worry. Stacy is an incredible human being - all of our guests adored her for her helpfulness, kindness, and consideration. She was a stellar wedding planner and coordinator who made our special day perfect. I cannot recommend Zuniga Events highly enough!
Professional, flexible, thoroughly excellent
Stacy was our day-of coordinator for our recent May wedding in LA. She was nothing less than spectacular. Efficient, thorough, thoughtful, and completely prepared for any and all contingencies. She seamlessly picked up on the coordinating tasks for vendors and venues that we had already booked, and ensured that no detail was left unattended to. Her rates were more than reasonable, she was flexible in her schedule, and adding tasks that were not originally in her contract. Our wedding was perfect, in no small part because of her meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle complicated schedules and keep everything on time. We would recommend her enthusiastically to anyone!
