We put a creative spin on American classics with vibrant latin handcrafted cocktails made with seasonal ingredients. Equal parts laid-back and elevated, 80 Proof blends bold flavor with an unforgettable atmosphere. The Cuda Room + Back Bar Combination offers the option to combine the Cuda Room (our semi-private side space) with the Back Bar Room to create one large, fully private event area. When combined, this expanded space can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests standing — ideal for cocktail receptions, milestone celebrations, or corporate mixers. The Barracuda Back Room, located inside 80 PROOF includes its own private bar and can be customized to match your vision—whether you're planning a lively cocktail reception or a seated dinner. We have family style options as well as passed appetizers or a seated dinner option. This space includes dedicated staff for the private bar, convenient access to restrooms, and even a potential separate entrance to make your event feel extra special.
