Our private ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and downtown St. Paul views is a ballroom unlike any other. The floor space can be molded to suit your day; each room can be used individually or alongside others. We can accommodate events from 25 to 465 guests. From an intimate ceremony and reception, to drinks and dining for a crowd, we have the versatility to meet your wants and needs. Uniquely equipped with its own surround sound, video, and LED uplighting, your guests will be immersed in a sensory experience that will keep them entertained and engaged throughout the night. Our digital interactive services include touchscreen photo albums, touchscreen guest books, touchscreen photo booths, and a 65'' iPad for entertainment. We are Minnesota's most innovative event site, and nowhere is this more evident than in the Saints Ballroom

Broadway Rooftop Terrace
Nothing is more treasured and rare to find than a Minnesota special event venue that includes beautiful terraces and rooftop space that can be used for outdoor weddings, receptions, and corporate parties. We are one of a select few event venues in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area to offer a rooftop event space. Outdoor event locations allow clients and their guests the added luxury and pleasure of viewing and feeling the city’s energy and beauty. Many people never experience what it’s like to enjoy a rooftop event space. At A’BULAE, guests can experience some of the area’s most invigorating rooftop city views. The rooftop outdoor space is large and offers nearly 360-degrees of eye-popping views. These sights include amazing views of the State Capitol, Bluffs of the Mississippi River, and the Downtown St. Paul skyline. The terraces include wrought iron benches, beautiful trees, bushes, and flowering plants. This unique venue is a must-see event location for anyone looking for a beautiful atmosphere for weddings.

Proceed with Extreme Caution
Our experience with A’BULAE was deeply disappointing and marked by a pattern of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and last-minute chaos that no couple should have to endure on their wedding day. When we initially booked A’BULAE, we were impressed by the concept of an all-inclusive venue with dedicated vendors and day-of support. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of issues that culminated in a wedding day that felt disorganized and unsupported, despite all our planning efforts. 1. Cocktail hour bar service was severely understaffed, with only two bartenders for nearly 200 guests. Long lines led many guests to skip drinks entirely, despite this being a prominently featured and premium service. 2. Event coordination was lacking across the board. Our final updates were never reflected in the event documents. Tables and centerpieces weren’t set when we arrived. Our monogram was never displayed. The rehearsal was completely unstructured, and our multiple attempts to hire a day-of coordinator were ignored. 3. Dinner was delayed by over an hour, with numerous guests receiving cold entrées. This disrupted the timeline and detracted from the guest experience. 4. The early access suite was not ready when we arrived, and no staff were present (at least not any that had any idea what was going on) during the hours we paid premium price for. Beverages ordered in advance for the morning were delivered far too late to be enjoyed. 5. Three uninvited individuals gained access to our wedding, ate and drank, and were caught smoking marijuana on the patio. No staff intervened; a family member had to address it. When we raised this afterward, management acknowledged that their security staff had no way to identify or remove uninvited individuals — raising serious concerns about the purpose and effectiveness of security. In response to our feedback, the General Manager stated that they would use our wedding as a “learning experience” for future events. While perhaps well-intended, this reaction felt dismissive and insufficient given the seriousness of the issues. Even after the wedding, itemized receipts have not been provided, despite repeated requests. After discussing what steps were needed to rectify these grievances, there was yet another administrative error and significant delay, that has put us in a position today – nearly two months later, where we are still waiting on A’BULAE to follow through on promises made in writing. For a venue that promises high-end, all-inclusive coordination, A’BULAE failed to deliver on the most basic expectations. Communication was unreliable throughout the planning process, and the burden of managing key details ultimately fell on us and our families. We would not recommend A’BULAE to other couples.
Beautiful venue, amazing day!
A’BULAE was such an amazing and easy venue to work with. They were responsive, flexible, and helped the day move smoothly. We also received so many compliments on the food as well. The venue was stunning and we were able to use both the indoor and outdoor spaces!
Loved A'BULAE!
From the moment we booked our wedding at A'BULAE, the team was consistently communicative, clear in their guidance, and friendly in all of our interactions. The venue itself is a beautiful loft with an expansive, open space that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day (especially the rooftop!). The attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was flawless, handling all of the details seamlessly as an all-inclusive venue. We were thrilled with the value and quality of A'BULAE, and our guests raved about the stunning space and great service throughout the event.
The A’bulae Essentials Package was Perfect!
A’bulae is wonderful! My husband and I do not live in town so we chose the Essentials Package with A’bulae so it would make the planning easier. It really did help everything go smoothly! First, the A’bulae venue is gorgeous and perfect for any weather condition (which helped me not to feel stressed!). The people working at A’bulae respond to emails promptly and professionally. They also help lay out a day-of schedule and handle a lot of the planning. They reach out and meet with the couple several times throughout the wedding planning process to put everyone at ease. Another plus is their in-house decorations, linens, chairs, and tables they set up for weddings. They have several options you can choose from. Further, while A’bulae does require you to use their in-house catering, the food is amazing. All the apps and entrees we chose were delicious. Above all, my favorite part about A’bulae is how they allow you to personalize your wedding as you see fit. My husband and I made our own monogram and cake topper, we made a slideshow to scroll during the social hour, my husband played piano, and we did an about-the-couple trivia game on the screens. It was really fun and made the event special and unique to us. A’bulae worked really hard to make this happen. Even when there was a slight technology issue, they called someone to figure out the solution remotely, and they had the problem solved very quickly. The team worked hard to make everything seamless. Overall, we had an amazing experience, and I’m really glad we chose A’bulae.
