The Ballroom

From our sunshine bronze entry door, lapis floor medallion in the entry, to custom aluminum chiavari chairs, chandelier 11 feet wide, tallest ceiling in the industry, you just have to stop by and see it. The venue is huge 10,000 square feet so it can comfortably hold anywhere from 100 to 500 persons on the main floor. There is a mezzanine overlooking the venue of about 2,000 square feet, which can be used for ceremony.

We have limitless hours at this venue. Your party comes with 6 hours (ie 6 pm - midnight) you can buy extra hours for $150/ hour

Yes it’s included in the package serving your liquor. So bring a big bottle (Costco size) it makes 60 drinks. We provide bar tender mixers cups everything you need except liquor (beer and vodka are liquor)

Yes you can. Options are free to $300.

Yes, on cite 100 parking spaces within a block 270 parking spaces all are free.

May, June, July, August, September, October. There ways to pay less by having a Friday or Sunday event nearly all Saturday are in high demand. Remember only 50 usable Saturday’s a year.

Yes we are family run and very flexible. You can choose any crevice we offer or just take an empty hall and do your. We’ve had guest bring in additional street taco as late night snack, dancers, Sax player Durring dinner, etc we don’t charge you fees to make your party “more special “

No, our venue is fully insured.

We’ve never had lines we are set up for over 500 guests.
