Why Blanco? Blanco Cocina + Cantina brings the perfect mix of laid-back party vibes and bold Southwestern flavor—ideal for any celebration! From our lively main dining area & cozy banquettes to our VIP King & Queen tables near the bar, we offer versatile spaces to suit any style. For a more intimate experience, explore our beautiful private dining rooms—perfect for hosting something special and bringing it to life. Our menu features craveable dishes like our signature Cheese Crisps (aka Mexican pizza!) and regional Chimichangas. Guests also love our Tiger Shrimp Fajitas with spicy garlic butter and handcrafted tacos on house-made corn tortillas. Of course, no party is complete without a margarita in hand. All of ours are fresh-squeezed daily, including the bold Jalapeño & Pineapple Margarita or the refreshing Frozen Paloma with blood orange and Blanco tequila. We’d love to host you!
