Located in Delaplane, Virginia on the original John Marshall Estate, Blue Valley Vineyard & Winery offers a luxury vineyard wedding experience. Featuring both indoor and outdoor spaces overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, our winery offers a breathtaking backdrop and party space to host your special day. Designed with you in mind, Blue Valley’s indoor spaces feature a stunning grand room with modern touches, stone accents, exposed wood beams, and floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Other premier indoor spaces include our second level loft that is perfect for small ceremonies or cocktail hour, our breathtaking Barrel Room, and our Cave. We also offer a Bridal suite. With over 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor venue space, we are sure to have the perfect setting for your special day.

Main Tasting Room
The main tasting room is always the star of the show.
Home to the most exclusive Virginia vineyard weddings, this space features two spacious bars, made from 200-year-old oak, which was sourced from the property and then handmade by John (Yianni) Zissios. This venue also boasts large glass windows that provide an unbeatable view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, three flat-screen TVs, festive bistro lights, high ceilings with exposed wood beams, and a cozy fireplace.

Traditions Room
With its high ceilings, private bar and custom picture wall, the Traditions room is the perfect Northern Virginia venue.
This space provides direct access to our spacious veranda, which overlooks our skyline of the Blue Ridge Mountains. On the other side, guests get a picture-perfect view of our vineyard and, occasionally, our animals!

Barrel Room
You might find yourself in another world when you enter the barrel room.
The sky-high ceilings are draped with elegant chandeliers that provide romantic, sepia-toned lighting, completing the mood for a picturesque rustic Virginia wedding. The walls are embroidered with hand-cut stone that came from our property, and guests will find themselves surrounded by tiers of French and American oak barrels, which are gracefully aging our award-winning Blue Valley wine. This space is unique and designed to make any guest feel like they’ve just entered a castle.

Amazing, every step of the way
Blue Valley Vineyard And Winery was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding day. Their communication was always effective, clear, concise, and with a warm demeanor. The quality of their work and overall value was beautiful, modern, clean, inspiring, and offered an amazing view. Candee sent us personal pictures of the wedding and throughout the planning process the venue was open to our unique design plans. Meg was flexible and very calm and professional, along with the entire beautiful staff. The view is truly stunning and breathtaking, and the 100 goats and sheep that roam freely make you feel like you're in Europe. The owner and his wife are just lovely, and the wine is amazing! The only watchouts are: It's incredibly windy outside - be aware for veils and any outdoor installations. And, skip what we did with installing fabric draping in the main space -- it blocked the air conditioning and we were a little toasty. Not the venue's fault at all, but an oversight and a learning on ours! We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our special day. Thank. you so much to the entire Blue Valley Vineyard team.
