Stunning Location, Poor Communication
While the venue itself is beautiful, our overall experience with the management and coordination left us extremely stressed and disappointed. During our planning process, the venue went through a change of management but never informed us until the day of the wedding. This last-minute surprise meant that several things we had been promised were suddenly no longer allowed, causing major issues. From the start, communication was poor and important details—such as vendor arrival times, liability insurance, and cancellation policies—were either misrepresented or not explained at all. Even after a final walkthrough where seating, table arrangements, and rain-plan options were confirmed, the venue disregarded all of it on the wedding day. Guests were left without seats and had to fetch chairs themselves, and the staff refused to set up the outdoor ceremony as agreed (despite it not raining). Thankfully, our own vendors stepped in, set up the décor, and made the outdoor ceremony possible. Another major issue was that stashes of expensive exotic flowers brought by my vendors for a “make your own bouquet” station completely disappeared before the guests even arrived. Despite searching, they were never found, which was both suspicious and unprofessional. On top of that, we were told mid-wedding that because of “insurance rules,” the reception had to end the moment my spouse and I left—even though our contract clearly stated the rental lasted until 10 PM. This was never communicated during planning, even though we had reviewed the entire timeline with their team and received approval for vendors to arrive at 11 AM. To have rules change on the day of the wedding, despite following their own instructions and using the insurance they recommended, was frustrating and unfair. In summary: the venue is gorgeous, but the management is disorganized, misleading, and unnecessarily strict with rules that seem to change as they go. Until they fix their system and improve communication, they risk losing future clients who, like us, simply wanted a smooth and joyful wedding day without preventable stress.
Stunning venue!!
Ever After Farms Flower is a wonderful choice for our daughters wedding venue. The venue is reasonably priced and included a lot of great features like beautiful floral arrangements and decor, making it an excellent value. The staff answered all of our questions during the tour!

Ever After Farms Flower was a dream to work with for our wedding. They were quick to respond to all our questions and were so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. The best part was that they included all the tables, linens, and decor, which made planning so much easier. The staff was so attentive and made our day feel truly special - everything went flawlessly thanks to their meticulous attention to detail. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and would highly recommend Ever After Farms Flower to any couple looking for a stress-free, beautiful wedding experience.
