We can help coordinate every wedding-related event, from the rehearsal dinner to the post-wedding breakfast. Outdoor Ceremony

Your dream wedding starts with an outdoor ceremony set on the banks of the picturesque Mohawk River, with up to 325 of your friends and family in attendance. Or if the weather is not to your liking, a beautiful indoor ceremony by the fireplace is also available. After your ceremony, guests will enjoy cocktail hour with only the highest quality food and service in our enclosed climate controlled patio while you are having wedding pictures taken at some of the most spectacular scenery in the Capital Region.

Riverfront Ballroom

After your cocktail hour, you will join your guests for an exquisite reception in our lavishly adorned ballroom with both lots of natural, ambient light and custom programmable lighting, including 6 magnificently dazzling crystal chandeliers. And for those looking to add multimedia to their wedding, we provide 3 eight foot projection screens with ceiling-mounted LCD projectors, cable TV, DVD player, wireless microphones, and computer hookups (WiFi included) for anything from slideshows to home movies.

When we first booked Glen Sanders, someone told my mother that Glen Sanders runs like a well-oiled wedding machine. They were spot on. Glen Sanders knows weddings. Every vendor was thrilled to hear we were working with them. They made the entire process so easy, so clear. Maki, our bridal attendant, was INCREDIBLE. She greeted us off the bus with our champagne flutes, made sure I was hydrated all during photos, helped me with my dress, and brought me down my sneakers at the reception, among many other things. Glen Sanders also sets up all of your cocktail hour Hors d'œuvres in a separate room for you to eat before going to your reception, and it was the moment my husband and I needed to catch our breath and feel "present" for the rest of the night. People often say their wedding was a blur, but we remember every detail thanks to that moment to pause. As for the venue itself, all of our guests still talk about how great of a setup it was. We got ready on-site (groomsmen downstairs, bridesmaids upstairs, MOG got her hair done in the salon downstairs), our cocktail hour outside and on the enclosed porch, the reception in the ballroom, our after party in the basement bar (Speak-easy vibes!), and then we stayed up with close friends and siblings around the fire until the early hours before going to sleep in our rooms on-site! Glen Sanders is certainly a one-stop shop for everything, and their product is unparalleled. Thank you, GSM team, for the best night of our lives! -Elaina and Bill
