Although she eventually finalized a contract for our room block, the process required multiple follow-ups and corrections to secure the agreed-upon accommodations.\n\nMajor Issues with Our Suite Reservation:\nOne of the most stressful moments came just days before the wedding when the bride called and discovered that the suite reserved for bridal party preparations was mistakenly canceled by the hotel. Despite having a signed contract confirming the suite, the hotel staff initially denied the reservation. It took hours of calls and emails to resolve this issue, and the only alternative offered was a conference room called \"The Nest,\" which was not equivalent to the suite we had planned for. While this was presented as a complimentary alternative, the resolution came too late to alleviate the stress caused.\n\nUnauthorized Charges:\nPost-wedding, the bride and mother-of-the-bride found unauthorized charges on multiple accounts, including fees for the \"complimentary\" conference room and attrition charges for rooms that were released within the contractual timeline. While the hotel offers attractive amenities, their lack of reliability and accountability can overshadow these benefits.
