About this venue

Located in historic Cottonwood, California, just south of Redding is the Heart S Ranch. We are a working cattle ranch studded with giant oaks, lush green pastures and surrounded by Mt. Lassen and Mt. Shasta. The Heart S Ranch offers a stunning garden venue with a 40 x 80 ft formal tent. Many amenities are provided, we have an extensive borrowing room, 25 tables and 250 chairs, transportation on property, scenic vistas and gorgeous sunsets. We look forward to hearing from you!

We have worked with heart s ranch numerous times and fine then to be amazing! Highly recommend.

We are closed in January, February, March, July, August, November and December.

Yes, we allow beer, wine and liquor. You must hire a licensed and insured bartending service. We have one available for a reasonable fee.

Yes, attendant guided self parking is available in our 2 large gravel lots.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

We offer 3 day weekend rentals. Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish for the actual "event". Your rental is Friday noon through Sunday noon. There are no overnight accomodations.

Our venue is fully insured, however we do require a day of event policy from renters.

Set up, clean up, parking attendants, borrowing room decor, dressing rooms, prep kitchen for caterers, venue maintenance during event, transportation on site for bridal party and sunset photos.
