Hydrangea Blu Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was quick, transparent, and incredibly helpful. Sarah, their wedding planner, was so responsive and made sure everything was set up and taken care of for us ahead of time. The venue itself is clean, open, and absolutely beautiful - we loved working with them and they were so thoughtful and generous throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and our guests raved about the stunning space and the smooth flow of the day. Highly recommend Hydrangea Blu Barn for any couple looking for a beautiful, stress-free wedding day!

My husband and I got married at Hydrangea Blu Barn in 2022, and I can't say enough wonderful things about this venue that goes beyond the sheer beauty of the space. The staff was prompt, concise, informative and respectful in all of our communications leading up to the wedding. The barn itself is incredibly spacious and well-maintained, with lovely animals roaming the grounds and a team of friendly, helpful staff on hand throughout our event. Everything about Hydrangea Blu exceeded our expectations, and we're so grateful to have celebrated our special day in such a stunning, one-of-a-kind setting.

80-100 people max capacity inside the barn; most comfortable is 75 people. 300 people on property with use of tent on concrete slab.

Yes, we have a luxury 2 stall bathroom trailer just behind the barn for use by you and your guests.

Yes, Hydrangea Blu Barn offers complimentary access to the property to have a photo shoot if you choose with your photographer at no additional cost.

Yes, if you book/secure any 2026 date by 10/31/25 with a $1,000 refundable deposit, we will honor the 2025 prices for the 2026 dates.

Yes, when assistance is needed, the barn has a golf cart that can be driven by staff to safely transport your friend or family member from the parking lot to the ceremony space and back. There is also a concrete sidewalk on the west side of the barn to walk to the event space from the parking lot. The 2 stall bathrooms have a ramp for use.

Yes, any vendor that is licensed and insured is more than welcome to use our property to serve you. There are preferred vendors but that is it, just preferred. All are welcome.

Yes, per city ordinances, the music must be turned off by 10pm and all guests must vacate the premises by 10:30pm. Except for up to 10 party members who may stay until 11:00pm for cleanup. If there are guests and/or vendors on the premises after 11:00pm, the CLIENT will be charged $50.00 per hour for all additional time.

For the safety of your guests and the animals, it is not encouraged to touch the animals or get into their enclosure without permission and supervision of the staff.

You can choose to use any licensed and insured tent vendor. Hydrangea Blu has a preferred tent vendor, Dave with DAD’s Tent Rental which can be arranged by staff. Dave has offered to honor 2025 prices for summer of 2026, if 50% deposit provided by 1/1/2026.

No, our venue is fully insured.

Yes, free self parking is available for up to 150 cars.

Alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured vendor.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps and a golf cart to assist guests that require special assistance.
