From the very beginning, the staff, especially Marjorie, were responsive, efficient, and accommodating with all of our requests. The venue itself is truly beautiful, with an antique and spacious feel that was so comforting and perfect for our special day. There was a small misunderstanding with how I wanted the ceremony chairs set up, but I called after the deadline date and they were able to quickly update my notes and make the change. Marjorie, the person I worked closest with, was the sweetest and really went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch. We were planning from a distance, so almost all our plans were communicated either by email or phone. Not a detail was missed - even when we made some last-minute adjustments. The venue looked beautiful. It had just the right mixture of rustic elegance we desired. As an extra bonus, we got our security deposit back very quickly.
