About this venue
For nearly 50 years, we have been providing a beautiful and unique setting for the most memorable events of your life and serving our couples and guests on our family property has been our greatest joy. Joy in forming relationships with our clients and their families, joy in seeing guests appreciate our 70 acre property, and joy in hosting the most important days of their lives. As a family-run business now in its second generation, we look forward to the opportunity to serve you. Maple Pavilion
The most beautiful, charming and unique wedding experience in Northeast Ohio.
Custom-designed with a soaring 26-foot cathedral ceiling, Douglas Fir timber posts and beams, and an expansive deck overlooking Geauga County’s Phelps Creek, the Maple Pavilion was constructed by local Amish craftsmen. Tongue and groove finished ceilings, a double-sided wood-burning fireplace created by a master mason, a vintage mahogany bar, and rich stained concrete floors are some of the special features that the Maple Pavilion offers.

Oak Pavilion
The most beautiful, charming and unique wedding experience in Northeast Ohio.
The original structure at Meadow Ridge, the Oak Pavilion has been renovated to include an elegant barn-like interior with a 25-foot vaulted ceiling, stunning rustic chandeliers, a hand-stained concrete floor, a new patio with a lounge area, and a black walnut bar top. Large and roomy, this facility has sides installed in the spring and fall months for comfort from the elements. Additional features include a 32-foot long reclaimed-brick patio with a built-in fire pit and a 100-foot long waterfall, as well as the Creekside Gazebo Ceremony Site with a view of the Phelps Creek and a hand-made post and beam gazebo.

Gosh where do we even start! From day 1, we knew this is where we wanted to get married! Our wedding day was everything we could dream of. Meadow Ridge is absolutely beautiful, everywhere you turn to picturesque! Everyone raved about the property and our fireworks at the end. We can't thank Meadow Ridge and Seneca enough for making our dream day a reality. If you are thinking of booking or visiting this amazing venue, we highly suggest it.

Meadow Ridge was such a beautiful, dream-like venue with a staff that exceeds expectations! We snagged this venue early & spent 2 years planning our wedding with our wonderful coordinator Seneca. It was a breeze & we felt secure & confident with her the entire process. The day of was nothing short of amazing & Seneca helped make it smooth & easy, as well as the cleanup & aftermath of it all! I would highly recommend this venue!!!
You will not be disappointed
My husband’s family is from the area, so when we started looking at venues, we knew we wanted something that felt homey and close to nature. I reached out to about 15 venues, and only three responded. Out of those, we absolutely fell in love with this one—and it felt like the right choice from the start. The deposit was 7,000, which initially seemed a bit steep, but we felt confident it would be put to good use—and it truly was. I sent quite a few emails with questions (including food allergies and other special accommodations), and the staff was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. They genuinely wanted our experience to be special, and it showed. We ended up doing our rehearsal as a brunch there, and it was perfect. The food was delicious—we had muffins, an egg dish, hash browns, fruit salad, and sausage (which was seriously so good!). The vibe was relaxed and lovely. One of the best parts was that Meadow Ridge let us bring all our decorations the day before, which made the actual wedding day so much smoother and stress-free. Beth (day of coordinator) was absolutely amazing—she truly made the day unforgettable. She worked at our pace, was incredibly thoughtful, and even carved out 15 minutes just for my husband and me to have a quiet moment together. It meant the world to us. The bartenders were also fantastic—they handed us drinks right after our ceremony and made sure our bridal party was taken care of, which is something I’ve never seen at any other wedding. They even brought us an appetizer so we could have a bite to eat amid the chaos. Cheers!

As a DJ who has had the privilege of contributing to numerous weddings here, Meadow Ridge is the premier outdoor wedding venue in NE Ohio. The two pavilions provide gorgeous structures against a backdrop of meticulously maintained grounds, dotted with colorful flowers, and a serene lake. The staff here treat you like family, always going the extra mile to ensure every event is flawless. The food is always amazing and perfectly prepared. This place truly elevates the wedding experience.
