We are so glad we went with Wedgewood Weddings!! Both the ceremony and venue site are gorgeous and the onsite team is amazing. We went with this location (Willows) to enjoy the cozy Mountain scenery and peaceful stream near the ceremony site. The venue itself is nestled in pine trees and provides the perfect setting for a Colorado wedding celebration. We loved everything about it. On our wedding day, it rained a lot and our team was on top of it. They shifted the schedule around without breaking a sweat, and made sure our guests were comfortable and happy before the ceremony. I want to personally shout out our team for that day, because they went above an beyond: Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made us feel so comfortable! Truly helped us with all our needs, even last minute tasks, she was on it. We didn’t have any stress that day, because we had her. She is a gem and anyone who gets her as their coordinator will be very lucky. Becca was our banquet captain. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we had one. She’d pop up stealthily and appeared with whatever we unknowingly needed and then would get back to her other tasks. She kept our party going strong and made sure everyone had a great time. I also have nothing to say but great things about the rest of the crew. Abby (Captain in training), Andrea (Server), Jess (Bartender), Sebastian (Prep), Hunter (Dish) - you were all phenomenal. I may be biased, but our wedding felt like the smoothest one I have been too, and it’s thanks to you all holding down the fort. Thank you all for making our day so special!

First I want to thank you all for all the planning and effort you all put in for making our day special! Alex, you were a superstar all day, even when my dress didn’t fit, you had everything to make sure it did! Thank you for being a huge support for us all day! You went above and beyond to find celiac friendly desserts at the store when our baker forgot them. Abby, thank you for fixing my brothers vest when he ripped it, you helped make our day feel less stressful because if anything went wrong we didn’t know about it! Aiden, your service is exceptional, we felt like royalty in your care! We never had to ask for anything, you already had it ready, even at the end of the night Steve and I stayed to talk with you for a whole hour, just to decompress after a busy day. Thank you for everything! Service team, I have never been to a wedding where each guest was so well cared for, all of you did an amazing job in making it guests feel seen! (Reid, Mikayla, Lila,Markley, Will, Sebastian, Kevin, Dylan, and Jessica) I have attached the comment card here for you! I also texted pictures of our wedding, feel free to use these in any regard, as we would love to come up and see them posted one day! PS, one of my bridesmaids took the white hanger from the bridal suite, we can return it if needed!! She thought it was ours! Mountain View Ranch By Wedgewood Weddings provided exceptional service from start to finish. Their communication was immediate and efficient, always responding promptly to our questions and requests. The venue itself was beautiful, and the value was absolutely worth the money. They were incredibly flexible, adapting seamlessly to last-minute changes, and walked us through the entire wedding planning process every step of the way. Being active duty and buying a house, while planning the wedding their support made our wedding planning a breeze, resulting in the most flawless ceremony we could have imagined.

When I tell you Mountain View Ranch was the best experience a bride could ask for, I say this without hyperbole. I just got married 05/04/25 and the entire experience was so smooth I felt like I had no thoughts on my wedding day. Alex Hubbart was my wedding coordinator and she SLAYED all my wedding planning, day of coordinating, and anything else. I literally, LITERALLY could not have asked for a better coordinator. I had no idea what I wanted and she was so patient and helpful the entire time. Caryn was my banquet captain and if you can you should request her. The whole night went perfect. Aiden was our server and he was so sweet and professional. Kevin and Nate killed it. Our food was perfect. And Christie and Carrie were our bar tenders. They made me a custom drink from my grad school days helped me perfect it. I was pumped. Nate the DJ was a crowd favorite. I got the best feedback about how good he was from my guests. If I got married again, I’d do it at Mountain View ranch and I would pick the same team. Especially Alex. Do yourself a favor and book her as your coordinator before someone else snaps her up. The venue itself is beautiful and all the vendors worked so well with the venue. Imagine because they are familiar with the trip and timeline. If you want a low stress, mountain wedding with stunning views? This is the place.
