We offer personalized service to professionally plan and execute every detail of your special day in a dreamlike setting. Framed with year-round hillside gardens and surrounded by the soothing sound of the Pacific surf, our oceanfront wedding terrace offers one of the most spectacular views on the California Coastline. "Dramatic Oceanfront Views"
The romantic terrace features colorful gardens and a grassy area perfect for a wedding ceremony. A pathway of stones leads the couple down the aisle to a gazebo overlooking the Pacific Ocean. To the right of this grassy area, a terrace with a cement and stone flooring pattern provides additional space for ceremonies or other wedding occasions. Stairs lead down to both of these locations, providing a dramatic entrance or a perch for photographers.

Dream wedding
If you love the beach, Occasions at Laguna village is the perfect venue for you! Besides the gorgeous view - the people that work at Occasions truly made our dream wedding a reality. Cori showed us around the venue and was very knowledgeable when we asked questions. Dayna, the venue coordinator, is absolutely amazing and helps you not only just on the day of but also through every step of the planning process from the time of booking! The included vendors were also fantastic - Andrew with The Cliff, Shealyn with Fantasy Floral Designs, Rossmoor Pastries, Todd our DJ from Epic1 Entertainment were all so kind and, alongside some amazing outside vendors, helped make the day memorable!! Cannot recommend Occasions enough!

We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding ceremony at Occasions in October 2024 and it was absolutely magical. Dayna, our wedding day coordinator, was incredibly organized and accommodating from the moment we met with her. She ensured all of our vendors were on board, updated on the schedule, and ready to go - everything ran so smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Communication was always open and she went above and beyond to make sure our family and friends were taken care of on our wedding day, starting from rehearsal day where she made sure we were all aware of the plan/order of events. She provided so much reassurance throughout the planning process and was creative in making sure we had the most memorable wedding ceremony. She even sent us pictures that she took herself of the bridal party/ceremony that were so intimate and provided an insider's glimpse into the magic of the day. We are so appreciative of the Occasions team and would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for an incredible experience in front of an unprecedented view of the beach/ocean.

Can't say enough good things about the team at Occasions at Laguna Village -- when venue shopping, my husband and I had almost given up and decided we would likely just elope instead, but Occasions was our last stop. We immediately fell in love with the views, the layout, the food/drink options, the ability to personalize our version, the beach party vibe - all of it! Dayna made the planning process SO easy and always offered to jump on a call with me whenever I had questions or needed to talk through a decision I was changing. The tasting with Andrew was a BLAST and he was able to easily accommodate all of our requests from pre-wedding cocktails to late night snacks. Especially comparing the cost to other venues nearby, you cannot go wrong with Occasions. Thanks again to the team for making our dreams come true!!!!!

My husband and I had our wedding here and it was an absolute DREAM. From the very beginning, every person we worked with and all their associated vendors were very kind, helpful, responsive and professional. Dayna was our wedding producer and was the biggest help from the day we signed the paper. She made sure we checked all the boxes, even things outside of the venues direct responsibly, just to make it as easy on us as possible. We had multiple check ins and she was always open to answer questions via text or phone when we had them. She gave us tons of photo recommendation, took pictures throughout our rehearsal and wedding, and made sure we all were where we needed to be. Andrew with the Cliff restaurant was easy to communicate with and was very nice when we came in for our tasting. We tried a large variety of foods that were hard to pick from because they were all so good! We had great reviews of the food after the wedding and they were great about minding all allergens and dietary restrictions. The crab cakes, goat cheese crostinis and chicken curry skewers were all amazing hors d'oeuvres. The veggies and salad fresh and flavorful and of course our chicken and salmon were really really delicious. They take care of all set up of table, chairs, decorations, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour and everything in between. They gave us tons of freedom to do our wedding the way we wanted and it felt so seamless, I never had to stop and make a decision or handle any problems the whole night. Whether there were any snags, I have no idea, that's how great a job everyone did. All the staff were great! 100% recommend.
