The Athearn Ballroom is located on the first floor of our newly renovated hotel. This space is currently undergoing some renovations and will be able to accommodate up to 200 seated guests.

Yes, our event spaces include a room rental a a required food sales minimum.

Our smallest wedding space starts at $500 for room rental with a $2,000 food sales minimum (fsm). Room Rental and FSMs change based on the day of the week.

We offer locations for both inside & outside ceremonies. They are not included in the reception room rental, and would be an additional rental fee depending on which option you'd choose.

Yes, we offer parking in our attached hotel parking ramp, as well as parking in our larger convention center lot.

We do not allow outside food or beverage at our venue. The only exception we make is for your wedding dessert.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. Our convention center spaces are also equipped with a hearing loop.

We do not require wedding insurance to reserve our event spaces.

May through October is typically peak season for us. However, we do not charge extra for these months. Instead we charge peak pricing on Saturdays and offer discounts for non-Saturday weddings hosted with us.
