About this venue

Pinecrest Northwoods is a wilderness retreat with over 100 acres of trails, an authentic Finnish sauna, and access to the Michigamme River and Juncob Lake. During the summer you can enjoy boating, fishing, hiking and most other outdoor activities. In the winter expect to have plenty of snow for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling, or enjoy a day of ice fishing on Juncob Lake.

The Bluff

If you are seeking an outdoor wedding location, look no further

With up to 100 guests seated in an eclectic assortment of chairs and pews, the wedding party will walk down the aisle made of wooden tree rounds and stand along the edge of the bluff. Juncob Lake makes a stunning backdrop as you say "I do" under the towering pines. After you and your spouse make your way back up the aisle together, your guests can hang back and mingle atop the bluff with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

THE LODGE AT PINECREST NORTHWOODS

The Lodge is one of the oldest buildings on the property and embodies every aspect of Pinecrest Northwoods

Guests can store and prepare food in the charming kitchen, enjoy happy hour cocktails on the spectacular wrap-around enclosed porch, and take in the stunning view of Juncob Lake while sitting fireside in the Library. The Great Room at the Lodge is a perfect setting for romantic rehearsal dinners, magical wedding ceremonies and receptions.
