Looking for the ideal place to have your picture-perfect outdoor wedding? Our 20’ by 40’ pavilion not only offers a convenient spot for catering to a great many guests, but it's also an excellent dining area/dance floor where you can enjoy the outdoors with the comfort of paved floors and shade, and the canvas awnings provide extra protection and a beautiful aesthetic. At just $3 per person for day guests, it's a difficult price to beat for a wedding venue as well. Located at the stream side base of the national forest, amid our 1700 acre ranch, there is plenty of space for lots of overnight camping guests, as well as gorgeous photo opportunities galore!

The Rocky Mountains are a beautiful backdrop for any event, but when it comes to embracing their beauty with an outdoor venue that still has the security of shelter and the comfort of cozy cabins, there's no place better than Preston Ranch Cabins. Surrounded by thousands of acres of farmland and National Forest, there are few places more private, and with several acres of level camping area and two fully fitted bathrooms for campers or day guests, there's room for everyone!

Unfortunately no, we insist on a three night minimum so there’s plenty of time for you and your guests to set up, enjoy each other’s company in the serenity of the cabins and clean up after the party without stress.

20. Our five cabins can sleep up to twenty people, please see the floor plans on the website for a more in depth breakdown.

There is A LOT of space for campers, and honestly you could have as many as you like. There is an additional $7 per day for each camper (whether they’re in a trailer or a tent), and we only have three electrical hookups, and no sewage hookups.

You get the facility including exclusive use of the entire space, pavillion, and surrounding areas for three days.

June, July, August, September and the first half of October are the only months we are open. Unfortunately, the isolation of the cabins makes them unreachable in the winter months

Yes, everything is self catered and there are no corkage fees or fees for bringing in caterers. There is, however a bar available for rental

Yes, there is a large field to park in near the pavillion

Unfortunately we are not a recognized ADA accessible venue as we are a rustic outdoor setting, and all of the cabins have stairs to access them. That said, the pavilion bathrooms do not require steps up, but there is a small lip for getting into them.
