Yes, to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch we require that each of our couples hire a professional wedding planner. You are welcome to hire a planner for either full planning services or at a minimum for month-of services.

Yes, we have specific locations for both tents and stages. We can work with your wedding planner to create the perfect wedding layout.

Yes, as long as you use our RBR exclusive bartending service that provides licensed bartenders. RBR security is required on site from start to finish of the event at $400. If over 200 guests, two security guards are required at $400 each.
