River City Casino and Hotel can accommodate up to 600 gests in the 10,000-square-feet Event Center, offering plenty of room for couples and guests to celebrate. Couples who celebrate their nuptials here will enjoy fantastic food, sumptuous surroundings, and dedicated staff to assist them with every need. Our hotel offers a luxurious location for all ceremony types, including religious and non-religious events and receptions. River City offers a comprehensive range of package options for receptions. All packages include items such as tables, chairs, and linen. A banquet captain will be present throughout the event, ensuring the reception is running smoothly and taking care of any issues. Cuisine is provided by the hotel’s award-winning chefs, who work with the couple to design a menu reflecting their taste. Depending on the style of the reception, the culinary team offers plated meals, buffets, and hors d'oeuvres. We also offer a variety of bar packages.

    We had our wedding reception at River City and it surpassed our every expectation. People still come up to us and tell us we had the best wedding they have ever attended. Megan and Christina were both amazing. So organized, helpful, kind and enthusastic. They always went the extra mile when we had a request or question to help us find answers and make it happen. We having nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience with them. We even got to do our food tasting twice because there was a new chef and they wanted to make sure he cooked everything the same as we had agreed upon before. We literally had minimal things to stress about they took care of everything. The reception was decorated exactly how we wanted and absolutely stunning. The whole staff at River City did an amazing job taking care of us and all of our guests and everything ran smoothly. We had the most perfect day and my husband and I recommend River City to every engaged couple we know and talk to! You will not be disappointed!
