Despite planning for 100 guests, only 60 chairs were set up for the ceremony, forcing the Groom, Best Man, and Bride’s sister to scramble and find additional seating in another ballroom. The air conditioning in the ceremony room was inexplicably turned off, making it uncomfortable for everyone.\n\nThe dinner service was severely understaffed, with only two servers and one lead handling the entire event. To make matters worse, the so-called Event Coordinator left at 7 PM, leaving us to manage the rest of the evening, including directing the catering staff ourselves. Dinner was served at 9:30 pm, over an hour late.\n\nThe bartender’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional, as they were seen taking shots with guests.
