Our contact Jackie was fantastic at communicating throughout the planning process - we mostly corresponded over email but also had a couple of helpful phone calls. The venue itself is gorgeous, especially for a smaller wedding like ours with 44 guests. We booked the bridal living room, which was the only thing I'd change. When we arrived, the room wasn't completely ready and still had some gym equipment inside that had to be moved out. Despite that hiccup, Rowan helped ensure everything went smoothly once the event got underway. I'd still highly recommend Shepherd's Run for an intimate
