*Now Booking* 2025. Swan Point is a outdoor boutique waterfront venue filled with natural beauty and a laid back, yet elegant vibe. The Occoquan River and Park provide a breathtaking backdrop. The venue features an outdoor space for up to 50 guests. Our outdoor ceremonies and receptions are simple and elegant. Your eye will be drawn to the gazebo over looking the water.

Description

Up to 40 guests and 6 hours on property for setup, dressing room access, the celebration, and clean up. Package includes on-site coordinator, basic décor, tables, chairs, and linens. We can offer tent pricing and other upgrades with our preferred vendors.

    Annita was absolutely amazing to work with. From the start, she made the whole planning process feel so much easier with her calm, easygoing personality. We had so many questions and worries along the way, but she was always there to reassure us and guide us through everything. It truly felt like we were in good hands. On the day of the wedding, Desiree, our day-of coordinator, was a total lifesaver. She brought so many great ideas to the table and handled everything with such confidence and care. Honestly, without her, we would’ve been a mess! She helped everything run so smoothly and let us really enjoy the day without stress. Our wedding day turned out to be absolutely beautiful, and we’re so grateful we chose Swan Point. Having Annita and Desiree by our side made all the difference. We can’t thank them enough!
