Review I wish I wasn’t writing this review but I have no choice. In the beginning, Noelle and Arthur were very nice and accommodating and helped to make my dream wedding come true, and the venue is affordable. Fast forward to wedding day, which was Friday March 14, 2025. While getting ready(hair and makeup) for the wedding we look out the window and the grass and fence is literally on fire. That weekend in Texas the wind was high and it was the beginning of the dust storm and brush fires. The groom and groomsmen rushed outside to maintain the fire and try to put it out. During this time, shoes, watches and arms(an actual person got burned) were burned. We called Arthur multiple times with no answer. We called 911 and they sent the firefighters. The firefighters stated that the grass was too dry and that the fence had wood stain(flammable) on it which increased the fire. The firefighters removed the fence. Arthur finally arrived at the venue and did not ask if anyone was okay or needed anything but immediately accused someone of smoking. Noelle tried to diffuse the situation and thanked the groomsmen for catching the fire and stated that “on the cameras you could see the fire just happen out of nowhere”. Later that night during the reception another small fire erupted and had to be put out as well. Fast forward a few weeks, Arthur contacted me to charge for the damages. The fire was a brush fire which was confirmed multiple times, there aren’t “no smoking” signs at the venue, smoking WAS NOT listed in our contract, and we were approved to have a cigar bar. Also during that weekend there was a fire advisory across the DFW and multiple brush fires occurred. Very disappointing to be blamed for Mother Nature, when all of our documentation and boxes were checked. Would not recommend and am disappointed.
