Booking our Birdsong Chapel Property includes the use of all the spaces on property. Birdsong Chapel, the Honeymoon House (bridal suite), the Camp Cabin (grooms suite) and Carriage Hall (where the dining and dancing occur), as well as beautiful natural areas surrounding. Each building is a short walk from the others on a beautiful farm.

Included in this room:

• 200 white chivari chairs; 100 stay in Carriage Hall at all times. • 12 custom built farm tables (8ft x 3ft) that stay in Carriage Hall • A custom built Sweetheart Table (5ft x 3ft) that stays in Carriage Hall • 13 60 inch round tables (optional) You will need table cloths for these. • Tables set up by our team according to your reception floor plan. • 7 bistro tables we suggest table cloths on these! • Wooden Cross ( optional in Birdsong Chapel ) The measurements are horizontally: 22 inches, a 6 inch post and then 22 more inches. Vertically: 22 inches from the top to the cross to the 6in post and 52 from the 6in post to the base of the cross.. Hexagon ( optional in Carriage Hall ) • A bar on wheels

Booking our Lewis-Atkinson property includes the use of all the spaces on property. The historic home, the pavilion, The Grooms Room, the gardens, and .... A RECEPTION HALL. Each building is a short walk from the others with views of a beautiful working farm.

    The Cornealius Properties was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, quick, and consistent, which made the planning process so much easier. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with a romantic and spacious atmosphere that was perfect for our special day. The Lafayette House was an added bonus, providing a wonderful space for our families to gather before and after the ceremony. The staff had the venue set up exactly as we requested and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we're so grateful to the Cornealius Properties team for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.
