The Champions Room

Your Happily Ever After Begins Here

The Champions Room provides an ideal setting for weddings, corporate functions, fundraising galas, and other large-scale events, accommodating up to 300 guests reception-style or 250 seated. Floor-to-ceiling windows afford breathtaking views of the golf course and surrounding scenery, including formal lawns, a lake and waterfall, while 16-foot ceilings and a skylight give the space a luxurious and spacious ambience. On the west end of the Champions Room overlooking the 9th hole, a garden trellis runs the length of the room, a lovely setting for outdoor ceremonies and receptions; while on the east end of the room, guests can walk out onto a covered verandah running the entire length of the building and overlooking panoramic views of the golf course.

Golf School Room

Secluded from our main room, the Golf School Room offers a more intimate setting for events such as rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings and bridal/baby showers - with seating for up to 50 guests, a fireplace, a private entrance and a professional sound system.

Tournament & Event Pavilion

Situated adjacent to the clubhouse and overlooking the No. 1 hole on our Hawthorn course, the Tournament & Event Pavilion can accommodate up to 180 seated guests and features newly-remodeled buffet lines and a cooking station, an outdoor fireplace, fans, lighting and a PA system - with restrooms located nearby.

Gorgeous venue, perfect day!

After touring and searching through all the venues St. Louis has to offer, we are so happy that we went through Forest Park for our wedding. Tram-Anh was our wedding coordinator and she was so wonderful. Very sweet, organized, answered all of questions that would pop up very thoroughly, and was fantastic in every way the day of. The food and drinks were top tier and have since heard so many compliments on it being “the best meal at a wedding I have ever had.” The ceremony space was beautiful with all of the flowers, greenery, and the water behind- and I loved having all the events of the day at the same location (we had many who traveled in). My vision was executed perfectly and had no reservations leading up to it that it would turn out anything but. Forest Park was unfortunately hit by a tornado just 2 weekends before our wedding and they could not have worked harder to make the outdoor space look as if nothing had just happened. Tram-Anh and her team will make you feel confident and taken care from the planning beginning stages all the way through to your special day. I wish I could relive this day again and again!

We had our reception at FPGC and it was INCREDIBLE! The staff were all kind and helpful, the food was absolutely delicious, and the space was gorgeous! Our onsite coordinator, Tram-anh was so the BEST! From the time we booked the space, she was available to answer our questions big and small, and she gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the day. We ended up having a bigger group than we originally anticipated (Head table of 16 214 guests), and even though it was a bit of a tight fit, Tram-anh and her staff situated the space so that the night flowed smoothly! All of our guests were so pleased with everyone they interacted with while at the reception! I would enthusiastically recommend this space! They are professional, so helpful, and really helped to make our wedding a beautiful and memorable experience.

The Courses at Forest Park was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the beginning, the team was readily available and responsive, making the planning process stress-free. On the day of, the natural lighting and great indoor/outdoor space allowed for beautiful photos, and our guests raved about the delicious food and seamless setup. Our coordinator, Tram-Anh, listened to all of our requests and made sure the day went exactly as we had pictured. The food tasting session was a fun and helpful experience. Overall, The Courses at Forest Park exceeded our expectations and contributed greatly to making our special day truly unforgettable.

Forest Park Golf Course is an amazing venue with incredibly hard working and caring staff. Lexi was incredibly welcoming and answered all of our questions during our first tour at the venue. Tram-Anh was an amazing coordinator throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day just what we wanted and was always available to answer questions or address concerns. We are so glad we had the opportunity to work with her! A week before our wedding, the park and venue were hit by a tornado. We were unsure if our wedding would even be able to take place but the venue contacted us to assure us that they would be able to make things work. Instead of cancelling on us, the team worked incredibly hard to clean up the debris, repair damages, and beautify the space. I cannot thank them enough for all of the work they put in to make our wedding happen despite all of the challenges. We are so grateful that FPGC was able to host our big day and we cannot say enough amazing things about the staff. Their professionalism, compassion, and diligence is top notch!
