Yes, we have on-site parking spaces located behind the building as well as street parking in front.

A licensed and insured bar service is required when alcohol is being consumed on the premises.

An event at our location begins at 9am and ends at 10pm

Our building is located 50 miles north of Tampa International Airport and takes approximately 50 mins travel time.

No. We will however provide you with recommendations of preferred vendors within our area.

Yes, a nonrefundable security deposit of 30% is required within 2 weeks of contact sign date

Cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive partial refund of 50% After that period, deposits are non-refundable

Yes, we provide tables and chairs, linens are not included

Yes, we offer private bridal and groom suites

Music and entertainment must end by 10:00PM due to local regulations and properly vacated by 10:30PM
