Please inquire directly on our website for a fast response! The Lytle House is the perfect space to gather and celebrate with up to 80 of your closest family + friends. Chairs, tables, good lighting, multiple backdrops within the space for ceremony or photos....we specifically designed the space in a way that makes it easy to plan a beautiful event with minimal effort. Focus on good food, good booze, and invite your favorite people to surround you as you celebrate your union. We only accept direct inquiries through our website. Please inquire there.

This package is for those that desire a candlelit evening ceremony and night filled with cocktails, cake and dancing. *no dinner service Timeline: 6pm-7:30pm: Bar and DJ set up 7:30pm: doors open for guest arrival 8pm-8:30pm: ceremony 8:30pm-9pm: cocktail hours 9pm-9:20pm: toasts, couple cuts the cake, first dance, parent dances 9:20pm: dessert served buffet style, open dance floor! 11pm: event ends, guests leave for after party 11pm-12am: clean up and break down

Best Wedding Venue in Chicago
The Lytle House was the perfect venue for our summer wedding. The owners, Michelle and Robyn, stood out from the rest from day one. They got to know us and helped guide us through the entire process. Our goal was to keep things fairly simple, but high-quality. They took our general ideas and helped craft the perfect atmosphere for our wedding reception. The day of the wedding reception, Michelle knocked it out of the park getting the flowers, photos, sound system, and other decorations all set up. We also hired Michelle to handle our photography and she did a phenomenal job with that, as well. It was a blast watching our guests walk in and say, "Wow... this place is incredible! I had no idea this was here!" The Lytle House really is a special hideaway in the city, and we'll be recommending it to friends and family every chance we get. - Vanessa and Matt
Quick and Easy!
The Lytle House was the perfect venue for our intimate elopement celebration. From the beginning, their communication was efficient and informative, ensuring we understood the timeline and logistics. The space itself was earthy, spacious, and intimate - exactly what we were looking for to host our 6 guests. We brought in our own officiant and photographer, and Michelle and Robyn at The Lytle House provided a clean, beautiful space that allowed our special day to flow smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend this venue for couples looking for a relaxed setting for their wedding.

Best Intimate Venue On The Northside
The Lytle House is a fantastic wedding venue that I highly recommend. Their communication style is clear, timely, and helpful, making the planning process seamless. The quality of their work and overall value is superb - the indoor and outdoor spaces are well-appointed, functional, and incredibly photogenic. The venue lends itself perfectly to an outdoor ceremony and cocktails, with a cozy seated dinner and small dance area indoors. The space is also perfect for social and corporate gatherings. The amenities include room for a food truck, their photobooth trailer, and a rentable condo above the venue for an exciting and convenient experience. As a women and queer-owned business that prioritizes the local community (working with local vendors, supporting the arts etc), this venue is a favorite!
