Open since November 6th, 2021, Old Farm Winery at Hartland lies on 35 acres of preserved 18th century farmland in Aldie, Virginia. We bring an authentic working farm winery experience just one hour away from the hustle and bustle of Washington, DC. With a charming, renovated 19th century farmhouse, brand new pavilion, and expansive lawn space, Longfield Manor offers a blend of rustic and modern to provide the perfect space for your wedding, corporate function or social gathering.

Our newly renovated 19th century farmhouse provides two private suites and multiple rooms for guests to gather and enjoy. The 2,400 sq ft pavilion features a vaulted ceiling, handmade post and beams, and natural light from large glass windows allowing for panoramic views of the property. The classic charm and modern flare of Longfield Manor and pavilion will be the perfect backdrop for your special day! This venue can accommodate up to 150 guests seated for your wedding and reception.

Perfect Venue
The Old Farm Winery at Hartland was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated clear communication and professionalism that made the planning process seamless. On the day of, they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly - they even jumped in to fix a wardrobe malfunction moments before the ceremony! The venue itself is absolutely stunning, set amidst the scenic countryside at a very competitive price. The staff set up our decorations with meticulous detail, exceeding our expectations. They also kept us and our guests hydrated in the summer heat, and were experts at herding everyone where they needed to be. Their extensive experience in hosting weddings made them invaluable advisors throughout the planning. We are so grateful to the team at Old Farm for helping to make our special day truly perfect.

Epic Venue!
The Old Farm Winery at Hartland was an absolute dream to work with for our milestone event. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent - they responded to all of our inquiries immediately and were always available for timely consultations to ensure our day was perfect. The venue itself is modern, spacious, and has a wonderfully rustic charm, with a great location that our guests raved about. The team went above and beyond, providing top-notch customer service and being incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend The Old Farm Winery to any couple planning their special day.
Thanksgiving Gathering
For over 20 years my 80-something mom and step-dad have hosted a pre-Thanksgiving gathering for 40 plus friends and family at their beautiful Northern Neck farmhouse. In 2023 they finally called it quits given the enormous energy and commitment required. If we wanted to continue this tradition in 2024 we were going to have to find a new and special place. Fortunately, we stumbled upon Old Farm Winery at Hartland. It provided beautiful countryside views, plenty of outdoor space for teenage boys to play football, or younger kids to play hide-and-seek, as well as a gorgeous events space and I haven’t even mentioned the great wine! To help us make this feel like old times, the winery allowed us to decorate the space beforehand and provided all the tables, linens, chairs and coolers we needed. The coordinator Sarah and the management team at OFW were at our disposal throughout the event providing ice, shuttling coolers, working logistics and helping or handling every logistical hurdle we faced. Our Thanksgiving gathering went off without a hitch and created a beautiful lasting memory. It looks like we’ve found our Thanksgiving gathering place for the next 20 years! Thanks Sarah and OFW!
