The Oscar Event Center and The Oscar Station both offer a one of a kind experience. The Oscar Event Center's Spacious ballroom and lounge areas offer rustic and elegant decor. With wood, brick walls, exposed beams, and high ceilings. The Oscar Station offers a more industrial look showcasing a stunning hand crafted bar, open air patio and a beautifully landscaped lawn area. Both spaces offer additional accents that will make either "Oscar" the perfect setting. The Oscar Station and The Oscar Event Center can be booked separately or together. Your guests will love being transported between the two fantastic spaces via our monorail!

The Oscar Event Center offers a unique one of a kind setting with a grand staircase leading the way to the luxurious lounge with high ceiling and exposed wooden beams. The Grand Hall is 10,000 sq ft. This space can be divided into two seperate rooms that can be configured to just the right size and "mood" for your event. The Terrace features stone floors and and hand painted murals. The Pub features a large handcrafted wooden bar and stunning hard wood floors.

Indoors, you'll find a large space of high exposed ceilings, decorative concrete floors, and a distinct rustic and chic industrial atmosphere. The back half is surrounded by garage doors that can open to give your guest that outdoor experience. This space can booked on its own or in conjunction with The Oscar Event Center. Your guests will love being transported between the two fantastic spaces via our monorail!

Incredible venue, highly recommend!
My husband and I are so glad that we booked The Oscar Event Center for our anniversary party. The menu was the main selling point for us because we wanted to offer unique options. We chose the seafood and Asian stations for dinner and everything was delicious. Our guests raved about the food saying it exceeded expectations. Chef Mike does not disappoint. We like that the OEC sets up and tears down all decorations for you because it was a huge help. We used minimal decorations but felt like it was perfect since the hall is already well decorated. And the whole venue is customizable. It has a large capacity but the setup we chose was perfect for 55 guests. Additionally, with a smaller group we valued the per person food and beverage cost minimum rather than a guest count minimum. All the staff working at our party were incredible too! Shout out to Drew, Madi, Brenda, Lisa, Kathleen, and Gail for keeping things running smoothly. We initially worked with Josie Fickes when we booked, and she was great. But we ended up lucky enough to have Jan Riordan as our coordinator. She completely understood our vision and was a joy to work with. She was very responsive to questions and made us feel at ease. Her kindness and attention to detail were much appreciated. We cannot give enough thanks to Jan and the whole OEC staff for making our anniversary party a great time!
Excellent Space for an Excellent Value!
From the moment we booked our wedding at The Oscar Event Center, the team there was prompt, friendly, and thorough in their communication. I had the opportunity and joy to work with Izzy and I'd recommend her whole heartedly. She were incredibly helpful in accommodating the dietary restrictions of about 20 of our guests, going above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcomed and taken care of. We also had a fairly large wedding (200ish people) and Izzy let me be super flexible with table sizes since so many families/groups of friends would not fit in the standard 8 person round top. The venue itself was a blank slate that allowed us to truly make the space our own, with multiple options for seating areas and a delicious catering menu that our guests raved about. And the best part? There was no cost for the room rental, making The Oscar Event Center an incredible value for the quality of service and amenities they provided. Oscar Event Center only requires you to meet a minimum spend per person which was unbelievable. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue to celebrate our special day.
Excellent!
Having our wedding at the Oscar Event Center was magical! We just got married, 6/22/24. The venue is beautiful and full of character that you would expect with it being connected to Jungle Jim’s. We worked with Josie from start to finish with all the planning and she made it such an easy process. She was very knowledgeable and brought up great ideas during planning, and was so friendly and easy to communicate with through it all! The food and bar set up was an easy hit with guests. I cannot recommend Josie and the Oscar enough!! Absolutely 11/10.
Better than imagined!
We had our wedding reception at the Oscar Event Center June 7th and it was fabulous! The attention to detail by Josie Fickes, our wedding coordinator, in accomplishing our theme of elegant, rustic Italian and intimate group seating was perfect! I can't say enough about how professional, kind and responsive Josie was in making our vision come true! The menu selection is delicious. It will be hard to decide what you want. Our selections were delicious. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was. I have to comment on how nice it is to work with a coordinator that knows the vendors in the area to help you achieve your theme and have the best night you can for your guests. Additionally, the servers were excellent and really made our guests feel special. They go out of their way to help and attend to everyone! Thanks again Josie and Oscar staff, our reception was even better than we imagined!
