Perfect Mountain Wedding
The Pines was absolutely the right move for us. The location was perfect. It was 10 degrees cooler than in Denver so was perfectly comfortable in the summer. The location was beautiful. The Evergreen terrace felt intimate but grand. The upper reception space was the same. The day of coordinators Morgan and Claire were PHENOMENAL. They worked with all of my DYI/creative touches with a "let's make it work attitude". They took everything so seriously and acted quickly when there was a concern. I did not worry about things happening correctly on my day... let that sink in. The plated meals were pretty darn good for wedding food. We received nothing but compliments. We brought in mostly our own vendors, which was the right choice for us. The only hiccup was with their affiliated DJ. From the DJ, we would've appreciated a bit better communication before, listening to our limitations and boundaries, and attention to details. The day was still magical overall. And the Pines made that ideal. At the end of the night and our scheduled uber was there we didn't want to leave. Claire handled it. Suddenly the uber was gone, another was coming in 30 minutes and we got those last 30 minutes with our guests. Overall, would highly recommend the Pines. They are dedicated to making your day special and they will work with you for that to happen.

The Pines by Wedgewood Weddings provided us with an amazing wedding experience. Their communication was quick and responsive, which helped us feel prepared and confident leading up to the big day. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning mountain setting not far from Denver and a great mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. On the day of our wedding, the staff made everything so seamless - they even helped us pivot quickly when we had a sudden downpour of rain right before our ceremony. Our guests raved about the space and had a wonderful time. The team also made sure we had everything we brought at the end of the night. We are so grateful for their great service and attention to detail throughout our entire event. Highly recommend this venue!
Perfect Night
I can't say enough wonderful things about the Pines at Genessee Wedgewood for my sister and brother-in-law’s wedding! From the moment we arrived, they made sure everything went seamlessly, attending to every detail with professionalism and warmth. The entire team, especially Morgan, the event captain, went out of their way to ensure the day was perfect and that all of our needs were met. They were kind, courteous, and genuinely caring. What really stood out to me was their extraordinary customer service. As the night was winding down, I found myself in a panic about the weather conditions, and Morgan stepped in with such compassion, calming me down. To top it off, Morgan had her amazing server sister, Claire, follow me down the mountain to make sure I got home safely. It’s rare to see such dedication, and it truly speaks to how much they care for their guests. If you want a place that goes above and beyond in every way, I cannot recommend Pines at Genessee Wedgewood enough. They truly make you feel like family, and it shows that they love what they do.
Scenic and Versatile Mountain Venue
We always enjoy photographing weddings at The Pines by Wedgewood Weddings. This venue offers beautiful mountain scenery and flexible options for both ceremonies and receptions. We've worked here many times over the years, and every wedding is a great experience. One of the highlights of this venue is the variety of photo opportunities. In addition to its scenic on-site locations, there’s also a nearby spot we take couples who want off-site wedding party or couples photos. With its stunning setting and well-run events, The Pines is a great choice for a Colorado mountain wedding.
