About this venue

The Regency offers an ideal setting for your ceremony and reception. Your wedding will be picturesque and sophisticated. Our passion is meeting with our couples, and hearing all of the specific details that they want for their wedding. We listen, and we care. We will take the stress out of planning so that when your special day arrives, we can ensure it will be the wedding that everyone continues to speak highly of.

Our event spaces

First Floor Ballroom

Your guests will be welcomed in our stunning atrium featuring our grand staircase, soaring ceilings, and water fountain. Our First Floor Ballroom seats up to 499 guests on all round tables. We have a capability to create unique and custom layouts to fit any event’s needs. We also have the ability to create a smaller room for an intimate onsite ceremony or cocktail hour and then we can open up to the main ballroom after those events. This also allows you to not have any tables or chairs on your dance floor so you would not need to break any tables down! We have a stunning 25’+ real brick wall inside of our venue that makes for a stunning backdrop along with 12’ ceilings and floor length windows that bring in natural light.

    My husband and I were married at The Regency earlier this month, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Being able to book both Thursday and Friday gave us the time to decorate, rehearse, and feel completely prepared heading into the big day. We received so many compliments on the food—guests raved about both the flavor and how quickly meals were served. Maddie, our captain, was attentive and reassuring, checking in often to make sure everything was running smoothly. And Emmalee was truly outstanding! She was incredibly flexible, friendly, and helpful in every way. Any time we had a question or request, she immediately had an answer or solution. She made the planning process stress-free and our friends and family adored her just as much as we did. The venue itself was breathtaking—unique, elegant, and the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. We heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests, many of whom remarked on how beautiful the space was and how much they enjoyed the evening. Thank you, Regency, for making our wedding day so special and memorable. We are beyond grateful and would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their wedding or special event.

    The Regency was an absolute dream venue for our wedding! From our very first interaction, the staff was quick to respond, incredibly kind, and attentive to our every need. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous - unique, versatile, spacious, and highly customizable to fit our vision. Our day-of coordinator was phenomenal, remaining extremely attentive throughout the entire day and helping us with everything from lighting candles to getting organized for our aisle walk. The transitions were smooth, the flow was great, and the Regency team was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day location!

    I loved the Regency Venue for my wedding on Saturday, May 18th, 2024! I was initially attracted to the Regency because it was a beautiful blank space, and it allowed me to be more creative with my decorations! Ashley & Katelyn were wonderful to work with and responded to my questions quickly during the planning process! Ashley was my DOC, and she was amazing! My hostesses & decorator said she was very helpful with a lot of the wedding day details! I also loved that we got the space from 7:00am - 12:00am and some additional time after to clean up! We stored a lot of the decorations in the bridal suite until Sunday morning, which was nice because we didn't have to be comepletely out of the space on the nice of our wedding, letting us enjoy the night! It was also great working with Short Stop Custom Catering for the Food & Bar Service! Theresa was there to answer any of my questions during planning, and the tasting experience was so fun! Their tasting room is beautiful & I loved being able to try their food with my family! The catering team was incredible & so friendly! We had stuffed sirloin for our entree, and it was delicious! I got so many great reviews from my guest about the wonderful food, great staff, and exceptional bar service! They handled all the set up and tear down of the tables, chairs, and linens & the room flip from ceremony to reception which was a life saver! I cannot recommend the Regency Venue & Short Stop Custom Catering enough! :)
