The Sentinel is an Iconic century-old adobe landmark located in the heart of Marfa - offering 4,500 square feet of character-rich interiors and versatile outdoor vibes. With a layout that feels both expansive and intimate, The Sentinel is ideal for Rehearsal Dinners, Welcome Parties, or Receptions. Seating for up to 150 guests, either inside or out, with additional standing room capacity. Our spacious entrance room also doubles as the perfect space to dance the night away, from the first dance, to the last. The venue is well equipped with kitchen facilities, outdoor fireplaces, and flexible bar setups—indoors and out. This storied building is rich with history - the perfect place to create your own chapters within its walls.

Accessed from both building and street, the enclosed and private Patio offers the perfect spot for dinner, surrounded by native plants and basking in one of Marfas many epic sunsets, or consider this space for a beautiful cocktail reception with the outdoor fireplace a glow.
