Our wedding at The Villa was nothing short of amazing. The venue itself is breathtaking—from the beautifully manicured grounds to the elegant indoor spaces. The ballroom was absolutely gorgeous and set the perfect tone for our celebration. It felt grand, romantic, and full of charm. But what truly blew us (and our guests) away was the food. Every course was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully plated. From the appetizers during cocktail hour to the main dishes and dessert, the food exceeded all expectations. The entire Saphire Event Group team was professional, organized, and made everything run seamlessly. We’re so grateful for such a flawless and unforgettable experience!

Their incredible organization and attention to detail were evident in every aspect, and our coordinator Becky was top-notch. She made me feel so calm and confident before the big moment, and you could tell she truly loves what she does. And the food? Absolutely amazing. We and all of our guests were blown away. The Villa is indeed, a spectacular venue. From the moment my wife and I decided to go with them, Serena (our event producer) made sure everything we could ever need was provided to us with no stress on our part. She spearheaded the planning process by reaching out to all our vendors in a timely manner, continuously updated us each step of the way, and made the day of our wedding a night to remember! We choose to do an outdoor ceremony with the Tent for our reception. Eveything we needed was included in an ubeatable package deal that we couldn't resist. We also had so many people compliment the food and the vibe of the venue. All the vendors that SEG partners with are definitely worth going with. If you're looking for an incredible venue with an unbelievable outdoor and indoor scene, exceptional reception celebration, amazing food, and professional service, look no further!

Working with The Villa at Ridder Country Club was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their communication was consistently timely and incredibly detailed, which helped make the wedding planning process a breeze. On the day of, everything went so smoothly despite a few unexpected hiccups, like unannounced guests and terrible weather - the staff handled it all swimmingly. The venue itself was perfect, with a chic and elegant aesthetic that created the exact atmosphere we were going for. The value we received was truly worth every penny, and we couldn't be happier with how our special day turned out. We would recommend The Villa at Ridder Country Club to any couple in a heartbeat.

Due to our liquor license, outside alcohol is not permitted to enter the building. We do allow couples to place orders for specialty alcohol beverages, but all orders must be placed by the company through our licensed beverage distributor.

Ellen was our point of contact throughout and she was wonderful working with us to create exactly what we wanted. The team did an amazing job setting up all the decor and centerpieces we dropped off. Bridal attendants were extremely sweet and could tell when I needed water/food or some space. The food was spectacular and drinks were great- just wish that the bar wasn't cash only. We ended up paying for drinks during cocktail hour and then after that had guests pay for their own and that seemed to work very well. Got amazing photos in front of the fire place in the grand ballroom. They set up and packed up all my decor for me beautifully. Everyone raved about the food, the beautiful venue, the cocktail hour space. The Villa was truly the perfect place to have the wedding of my dreams and it was due in large part to the amazing staff.
