The Absolute Best Experience!
The Westin Poinsett was an absolutely incredible venue for our wedding. From the moment we first contacted them, their communication was extremely organized, professional, and courteous. The quality of their work and overall value was simply unbeatable - the venue was gorgeous, with a timeless elegance that made for the perfect backdrop to our special day. They went above and beyond to help us, offering to set up all the decor exactly as I requested so I didn't have to worry about it after the rehearsal dinner. They also noticed my feet were hurting from my heels and graciously brought me some Westin slippers to dance in, truly going above and beyond to take care of me and ensure I was comfortable all night long. I cannot recommend The Westin Poinsett enough for any couple planning their wedding. It was the best decision I could have made choosing them as our venue!

The Westin Poinsett was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. Their communication style was very helpful and prompt. The venue was truly unique and classical. They were extremely helpful with all the arrangements prior to the wedding, coordinating the various vendors coming in and out. The Westin Poinsett helped make our special day unforgettable.
A Unique Experience
The Westin Poinsett is a fantastic wedding venue that I highly recommend. Their communication throughout the planning process is committed, speedy, and thorough, which makes everything run smoothly for our couples. The quality of their work is simply beautiful, elegant, and truly unique - they continue to wow couples with their two stunning ballrooms and wonderful guest accommodations. As an added bonus, since it's also a hotel, guests can easily stay on-site and don't have to worry about driving home after the celebration. Our company have had an amazing experience working with the Westin Poinsett team!

I I00% recommend the Westin for your wedding venue. The Westin is stunning, and Sarah Baker and her team are rock stars. Planning, in general, is not “my thing,” but Sarah made the process so easy. Her customer service was amazing. She answered my 2000 questions quickly and eased my many anxieties. The packages the Westin offers allow you to create the wedding of your dreams. I loved not having to worry about rentals, caterers, bar staff, hotel rooms, getting-ready areas, and even pre-wedding snacks. The Westin did it all. We managed to stay within budget and still have an amazing wedding.
